INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
Oversees coordination of all International Conferences to ensure that all the procedural requirements are adhered to and responsible for the following specific functions when planning a conference.
• Will be designated by the Chief Apostle and must be mindful to submit in all areas to the counsel and directives of this Ministry. • Attends Directors meetings to be held twice monthly, as well as any other meetings that may be called. • Will receive directives from the Deputy Director.
• Will be trained by the Deputy Director and/or the outgoing International Director.
• Communicates twice monthly with the Deputy Director regarding the operations of the Entity as well as any support needed.
• Communicates with the Deputy Director regarding scheduling of training requested by the Bishops of Operations.
• Meets twice monthly with the Assistant Directors with regard to guidelines for meetings which are as follows: o Consistent Prayer .
o Keeping team updated and the planning of upcoming events.
o Continued discipleship sessions, transmittal and shut-ins to aid in their individual spiritual growth and development . o Continued training in policy, procedures, functions and responsibilities, ensuring they are equipped to accomplish their designated tasks.
o Updating and informing of any concerns related to any MBM Global Conferences matters internationally.
• Responsible for training the MBM Global Conferences Assistant Directors, Administrators internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
• Communicates monthly with the Administrators of each location regarding the operations at their location whether by email, sending a monthly newsletter, MSN or telephone.
• Must ensure that Dr. Banks’ Secretary and the Deputy Director are kept updated on all international conference and any personal arrangements to be made for her.
• Make recommendations or changes necessary to the MBM Global Conferences Manual to be presented to the Deputy Director for his/her approval.
• Submits specified Report to the Deputy Director, regarding the development of the local administrators .
• Receives all requests directly related to the administration and operations of MBM Global Conferences from all locations.
• Submits quarterly entity assessments to Deputy Director and the Bishop of operations at specified times as set forth by headquarters.
• Will schedule a meeting at the end of the conference with all leaders of the Auxiliaries will meet with the Conference Director on an overview of the Conference. They will meet during Conference with all Auxiliary Leaders, technical, sales, and school to discuss any problematic areas during the conference.
• Responsible for training for all phases of Conference.
• Recommends the MBM staff attends the Marriott training program that is held once a year. CONFERENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicates with the Regional Bishops at least three months prior to meeting, regarding the financial contributions to be made by each location towards international conferences. Contributions should be sent to the Financial Comptroller at the time specified.
• Must submit a Conference Budget to the Deputy Director at least three months in advance of the conference.
• Communicates with all locations at least three months prior to any major conferences with regard keeping them updated on conference proceedings.
• Communicates with all International personnel involved with any areas of major conferences at least three months prior to the conference, to outline plans and ensure responsibilities are clear.
• Confirms the ‘Theme’ of any conference being hosted by Dr. Banks and any other planned function with her secretary.
• Will meet with the Assistant Directors twice monthly for continued spiritual development and to train them in the policies and procedures.
• Liaisons with the International Director of BTI Training and Resource Center to plan the Graduation Ceremony at World Conference.
• Liaisons with the Deputy Director to plan the Ordination Ceremony at World Conference.
• Coordinates the colors, paper, book-cover designs, bookmarks, welcome letter, pens, loose-leaf paper for binder, labels and any other give-aways for the conference.
• Will receive an exempt list from the Financial Comptroller of any persons to receive materials without paying.
• May schedule intensive hands-on training for MBM Global Conferences staff annually at any conference.
• Sets dates for the commencement of the major conferences a year in advance with the approval of the Chief Apostle to be announced at the end of World Conference.
• Will meet with all International personnel and any other leaders that assists in coordinating the conference, to review and evaluate all aspects of the Conference, so that a proper assessment can be completed. This assessment will serve to make adjustments for future conferences.
• Submits specified report to the Deputy Director in order to implement or make changes to the entity as recommended by the Bishop of Operations
• Responsible for procuring the meeting room for any conference not being held at a BTI Location.
• Responsible for meeting daily with the sales office if a conference is to held at a hotel, to ensure that all requirements are being adhered to. Check List for Hotel communication

• Ensure that the guest rooms occupancy are kept at the level agreed upon with the hotel.
• Verify any discounts to be given .
• Any other matters pertaining to the hotel.
• Will ensure that a designated area is provided for the Sales Team.
• Proper arrangements are made for all areas of the meeting – extra rooms needed etc
• Planning for tables and registration table will be organized after signing of contract. Tables will be classroom setting (with tables) or theater style setting ( without tables).
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR ADMINISTRATION
(Responsible for Sales; Marketing; Flyers; Advertising; contacting/communications to locations)
• May be recommended by the International Director for the approval of the Chief Apostle and must be mindful to submit, in all areas, to the counsel and directives of the Ministry.
• Attends Directors meetings to be held twice monthly, as well as any other meetings that may be called.
• Will receive directives from the International Director.
• Will be trained by the International Director &/or the outgoing MBM Global Conferences Assistant Director – Administration.
• Meets twice monthly with the International Director, regarding the operations at each location, updating and informing of all transactions and any other matters relating MBM Global Conferences.
• Assists International Director in training the MBM Global Conferences Administrator internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
• Oversees bulk mailing through MBM Online whenever required for any meeting beginning six-weeks prior to the meeting.
WORLD CONFERENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Keeps BTI Locations informed of all upcoming conferences by email, advising of conference dates, hotel costs, transportation cost and any other information deemed necessary to keep delegates properly informed.
• Assists International Director to coordinates the colors, paper, book cover designs, book marks, welcome letter, pens, loose leaf paper for binder, labels and any other give-aways for the conference.
• Ensures that any newspaper or radio ads, flyers and schedules for upcoming Conferences are designed and submitted to the Deputy Director for approval.
• Assists the International Directors of BTI Training and Resource Center and MBM Global Conferences with the preparation of graduation at World Conference.
• Oversees the “Information Desk” where all notices, announcements, information or problems will be received and directed to the relative parties, as well as receive all “Lost and Found” items at the conference.
• Responsible for making all announcements for all Conferences.
• Ensure that all signs required are printed and given to the persons overseeing that area.
• May be recommended by the International Director for the approval of the Chief Apostle and must be mindful to submit, in all areas, to the counsel and directives of the Ministry.
• Attends Directors meetings to be held twice monthly, as well as any other meetings that may be called.
• Will receive directives from the International Director. • Will be trained by the International Director &/or the outgoing MBM Global Conferences Assistant Director – Administration.

• Responsible for assisting in the training & development, both spiritually and administratively for local coordinators and with the procuring the meeting area and meeting with the hotel personnel, keeping the leaders informed of development pertaining to the meeting, also assisting with the meeting with and writing report at the end of each conference. (Responsible for Sales; Marketing; Flyers; Advertising;
• Assists International Director in training the MBM Global Conferences Administrators and Coordinators internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
• Oversees bulk mailing through MBM Online whenever required for any meeting beginning six-weeks prior to the meeting.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR COORDINATION
May be recommended by the International Director for the approval of the Chief Apostle and must be mindful to submit, in all areas, to the counsel and directives of the Ministry.
• Attends Directors meetings to be held twice monthly as well as regular departmental meetings
• Will be trained by the International Director &/or the outgoing MBM Global Conferences Assistant Director – Coordination.
• Assists International Director in training the MBM Global Conferences Administrators and Coordinators internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
CONFERENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all areas of setting up and disassembling of the conference room, overseeing Auxiliary operations; equipment set-up; all decorations required and the set up of the entrance area to the conference room.
• .Assists International Director to coordinate the color scheme, paper, book cover designs, book marks, welcome letter, pens, loose leaf paper for binder, labels and any other give-aways for the conference.
• Responsible for purchasing and coordination of decorations for the stage and senior leadership (pastors, bishops) tables and the theme design for the Conference.
• Ensures that entrances, hallways, the meeting room, bathroom and kitchen facilities ( if applicable)are kept maintained by the auxiliary responsible.
• Receives a schedules from International Presidents of all Auxiliaries/locations that are responsible for each session. • Oversees return of props and all other equipment used at the conference to the church or proper facility.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR COMMUNICATION
(Responsible for all transportation, accommodation; registration and coordinates these areas with all locations)
• May be recommended by the International Director with approval of the Apostle and must be mindful to submit, in all areas, to the counsel and directives of the Ministry.
• Attends Directors meetings to be held twice monthly, as well as any other meetings that may be called from time to time.
• Will receive directives from the International Director.
•Will be trained by the International Director &/or the outgoing MBM Global Conferences Assistant Director – Coordination.
• Assists International Director in training the MBM Global Conferences Administrators and Coordinators internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
• Meets twice monthly with the International Director regarding the operations at each location, updating and informing of all transactions and any other matters relating MBM Global Conferences.
• Assists International Director in training the MBM Global Conferences Administrators and Coordinators internationally in all phases of Conference procedures, whether online or visiting the location.
• Communicates monthly with the Coordinator - Communications of each location regarding operations.
CONFERENCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will receive notification from each location of airport pickups and accommodation arrangements in the time specified by the Director and is responsible for notifying the persons who are being housed of the facility and give them the proper information and directions.
• Will communicate with the International President of Brotherhood to organize transportation to and from airports etc. • Will ensure that the Registration Desk for the delegates is properly staffed.
