The MBM Organizational Chart

gives a visual illustration of the structure of Mary Banks Ministries. This Ministry is totally reliant on the instructions and direction of our Father God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost giving their mandate to our Chief Apostle, Dr. Mary Banks. This mandate is confirmed and supported by the International leadership of the Ministry. The spiritual oversight of the Ministry is the responsibility of the Chief Apostle who is supported by the Apostles and Bishops, who oversee the endeavors of the locations in their region, ensuring that the necessary spiritual and administrative support is provided for the continued growth of the people and development of the locations. The Regional Overseers and International Evangelists support the Bishops as they work to evangelize the various areas of Ministry, whether it is our own works or uncharted territory.

The Executive Director has oversight of the administrative area of the Ministry and is assisted by the Deputy Director and the Financial Controller. This team oversees the administration of the entities of Mary Banks Ministries. Bible Teachers International, the Church entity, which is under the leadership of an assigned Senior Pastor. Each entity is headed by an International Director appointed by the Chief Apostle and is responsible for ensuring that the entity is fully developed and that the necessary spiritual direction and administrative training is implemented in each location for their continued development.

The Senior Pastors over each Bible Teachers International Church is appointed by the Chief Apostle, and has direct oversight of the spiritual direction and administrative operations of the location to which they are assigned. The direction of each Church depends on the needs of the people. Membership into the ministry is through the Church, which along with the other entities, make up the Growth Path which is the method given by God for the development and maturity of those individuals who become members of the ministry.

PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL

This manual serves as a training tool for all who work within The MBM Global Conferences entity. It gives guidelines in how to effectively set up and operate any School of Ministry at an international and local level. It will also help you become familiar with the structure, procedures, responsibilities and functions of this area of ministry. Regular training and workshops for the administrative staff will be scheduled, not only to keep abreast of any changes of policy, but even more importantly for training and spiritual development, prayer and fellowship. This is vital for continued improvement of the operations of this entity as well as the spiritual growth and development of those ministers who are assigned to the staff of this entity. These sessions will be a time of individual training as mindsets that can hinder an individual’s growth will be thoroughly exposed in order to help them to continue in the Spirit. This Manual is intended to instruct and develop the gift God has placed in you that you will fully perform all the duties and responsibilities of this ministry that God has entrusted you to do. You will learn all facets of the ministry. Your interactions with each location will be a valuable part of your training as you learn the heart and mind of God in every circumstances, situation and relationship He places you.

MBM GLOBAL CONFERENCES

MBM Global Conferences is the arm of MBM that hosts all Schools of Ministry called by the Apostle. Schools of Ministry are conferences or seminars set at specific times when the members and students of the ministry are called together for continued edifying of the Body. This is another avenue of training, discipleship, development, study and “hands on” ministerial experience. It is also a wonderful time of fellowship and refreshing for the Ministers as they sit before the Lord away from their day-to-day activities. All physical aspects of setting up Schools of Ministry are the responsibility of this division. Communication with all other entities, delegation to other areas, informing of dates and procedures to be complied with, are also part of their responsibilities. There are three components of this entity, Administration, Communication and Coordination. Mary Banks Ministries hosts an annual seven-day World Conference in the summer where delegates from BTI Locations worldwide are in attendance. This annual outpouring from the Lord prepares every arm of this fellowship to function within the direction of the Spirit. Every BTI student is urged to attend as a delegate from his location as they are not only able to continue to feast on the Word but also fellowship with their counterparts from the other areas of the Ministry. The annual graduation of students enrolled in BTI Training and Resource Centers is held at this conference where those students completing their courses are awarded their Certificates of Completion. Attendance at these discipleship meetings are considered mandatory for leaders.
