The following actions warrant automatic dismissal from the MIA Board.
1. More than 2 suspensions/ probations, regardless of the reasons, within a 1 year period.
2. Insubordination - Not submissive to authority: DISOBEDIENT.
3. Lying - (Lie: A false statement purposely put forward as truth:
FALSEHOOD. 4. Something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression.
5. Stealing - Taking what is not yours.
Note: The auxiliary leaders at Bible Teachers International are more than fair, and in most cases, bend over backwards to accommodate the different circumstances and situations of each group member. We try our best to be understanding and make allowances when the situation calls for it. Our leaders are approachable and help is always available, both spiritually and naturally. Therefore, we should not be lying to or stealing from one another. When in need, ask for help. Do not take what is not yours. Do not lie to get from others. This type of behavior is not Christ-like and will not be tolerated.
