Evangelism and Reaching the Lost

Though the gift of the evangelist is a leadership gift in the body, compelling strangers to come to God is not limited to that gift. It is important that leaders are not insensitive to those around them that the Holy Spirit might want to compel. In assessing your ministers (not just evangelists), you should consider;

• Is there apathy concerning the unsaved?
• Does the minister show efforts not to exclude the lost from their ministry?
• Is the minister afraid to witness?

Matthew 28:19-20

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Acts 1:8
