C: THE PROVING OF DISCIPLES

Now, if we were truly called, God would instruct us. Even in simple things like where to go, who to talk to and how to minister. This is exactly what God did in our days. He would tell us where to go and what to do. MSOG hit the streets hard and churches everywhere knew we were there. God would always prove that He was with us. Every time we ministered in someone’s church God would use us to lay hands on people. This is our proving. The proof of the anointing is power over devils.

Luke 9:1

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.

We were proven in the streets. I was not with them on this particular day but Primes told me how he and some of the guys were witnessing in front of a bar. There were some men who had been drinking and were very belligerent. But the guys just kept on ministering and the men calmed down and sobered up immediately and asked for prayer right there. Once again that life took authority over devils. God was working with us. But one thing I must mention. Although God was using us, He never alienated us from our leader, Dr. Banks. No, in fact, God led us through her. Everything we did we brought to her first. I said that to let you know that God will not use you while you are out of submission to your leader. If you are in South Carolina, you must submit to Bishop Hughes. If you are in Florida, you must submit to Bishop Miller. If you are in Mississippi, you must submit to Bishop Bridgett. In Jamaica, submit to Bishop Ed and Bishop Carleen Riley. Don’t think you can side step your leader and I lead you in this army. No, I work for and with them, not against them.
