THE GROWTH PATH

The sole purpose of this Ministry (Mary Banks Ministries) is to influence, direct and establish the saints in God’s purpose. The Growth Path is the organizational structure of the ministry that includes all the ministry's components, either operational or visionary. This structure must be seen as a living organism, evolving into a fully developed giant whose purpose is to influence, direct and establish God’s purpose in the earth.

As you begin this new and exciting journey, you will receive a greater understanding of your calling to the Body of Christ. The Growth Path has been designed to help you understand the workings of the organism as well as allow you to fully mature into the character of Christ. It is the responsibility of the Holy Spirit to move the seeker from an introduction to God, to the fulfilling of God's purpose in his life.

In order to be effective in this, a fundamental growth path must be established.

1. It is the responsibility of the Holy Spirit to reveal the growth path to be used in the ministry.

2. It is the responsibility of the leader to install the path.

3. It is the responsibility of the under-shepherds to direct the believer on the path.

4. It is the responsibility of the entire Body to help each other stay on the path.

Within the path, many ministerial gifts will feed, nurture and cultivate the seeker. Therefore, it is essential that the workers on the path move to spiritual maturity. No “one” individual has the responsibility of bringing another to maturity. We all have a part to play, but it is the Holy Ghost that gives the increase.

The Father chooses those who will serve in the Kingdom of God. The Holy Spirit will position those individuals in ministry to accomplish the work that He has ordained for them. He will also provide the necessary training mechanisms to ensure they are equipped to work in His service.

This systematic approach will allow you to discover your place within the ministry, and learn methods of training and discipleship that will be beneficial to you as you work the Vision. Each worker of the Vision has a part to supply and must see his supply as essential to those who enter the Grow Path as well as the entire Body of Christ. Embracing this mindset should eliminate slothfulness and complacency.

IMPORTANCE OF THE STRUCTURE

The twelve entities of Mary Banks Ministries touch every area of Ministry and are designed to facilitate all gifts and callings in the Body of Christ. The entities also stimulate funding for the Ministry where not only are administrative skills taught, but spiritual growth and development are of the utmost importance.

• Bible Teachers International (BTI) – The Church - Under the leadership of Senior Pastors, and the

oversight of Regional & Operational Bishops, this entity is the main component through which all other

eleven components filter for training, nurturing and the development of those who become members.

The Church has three segments, the Ministerial Development for ministerial training and

development, the Worship Center, for praise, worship, spiritual development, and the Evangelistic

Ministries designed particularly for outreach and evangelism. One of the main objectives for training is

to develop hearts of servitude and submission to the Father.

• Mary Banks Global Training Center (MBGTC) – The education component of the Ministry. Conducts

video classes overseen by trained Teaching Staff developed within the Ministry. This method of

teaching the Gospel has proven very effective producing individuals who have changed their lifestyles

to one that is pleasing to God. Our main office (Headquarters) is housed in Leesburg, Florida (central

Florida) and there are four different types of schools in which one may enroll. All schools are exposed to

the same life-changing Truths.

1. The Global Training Center is located, but not limited to the local church of the Ministry in any

area.

2. The Community Video School is usually in a home or community facility.

3. The Correspondence School is for persons unable to attend either of the above facilities and

who are disciplined to study on their own.

4. The Online School is our school in cyberspace and can be accessed at

www.bibleteachers.com.

• Lifesavers International - is an outreach evangelistic and rehabilitative mechanism set up by the Holy

Ghost for the abused, addicted, imprisoned and lost to come into wholeness in Christ. Lifesavers Clinics

have been a life-changing, restorative instrument for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. This

clinical setting is to perfect, mature and restore the Body of Christ.

• Bible Theater International - incorporates many diverse and creative gifts of ministry. This entity is

made up of persons from varied walks of life who are not necessarily members of the Ministry. It

provides an avenue of expression to those who are gifted in the dance, drama, song and other areas of

the arts. Allowing them to use these gifts in a way that is pleasing to God.

There are three main components of Bible Theater, the Academy of Dance and Drama, Bible Theater

International Productions and The Academy of the Arts. The Academy is an exciting place to explore

the creativity of its participants while using this creativity to touch lives that conventional methods have

not. BTI Productions produces Christian plays that examine real life situations and are excellent tools to

help deliver individuals from situations that have held them in bondage.

• Bible Teachers Broadcasting Network (BTBN) – is the facet of the Ministry that facilitates both public

and online radio and television.

Included in this entity is:

1. The Bible Teacher Online Newsletter distributed monthly to all our subscribers.

2. Bible Teachers Broadcasting Network is our online radio and television 24 hour

broadcasting network.

3. Bible Teacher Publications is our monthly newspaper and magazine.

4. MBBN facilitates broadcasting on any public radio, television or cable station with the capability of producing a

fifteen minute or two-hour program.

• MBM Faith Library - is the arm the Lord has given to distribute attractively packaged materials written

and/or taught by Apostle Banks and her ministers as well as audio and Digital Video Disc (DVD)

Compact Disc (CD), talking books and other paraphernalia that are distributed worldwide to aid in the

spreading of the Gospel throughout our works. Mary Banks Faith Libraries are not confined to BTI

locations, and our bookstores should soon be seen in shopping centers throughout the world.

• MBMPublications - This entity is responsible for all printing and distribution of printed materials.

• MBM Marketing The entity responsible for promoting and advertising the ministry. This includes

design, promotions, sales, Brochures, Flyers.

• MBM Information Technology (MBM INFOTECH) - Responsible for maintenance of computer

servers and cyberspace technology

• MBM Communications(Online) – facilitates all the Ministry’s activities on the Internet. They currently

broadcast live services, prayer, conferences, audio and video conferencing for online teaching and

discipleship, which is interactive between all the locations. Another goal is to bring more efficiency to

our administrative and ministerial structure, through the use of international networking as a cost

efficient means of communication.

• MBM Digital Design - Formulate and Designs all graphics for printed materials for the ministry. These

services are also available for businesses, ministries and individuals outside of MBM at reasonable

costs.

• MBM Audio/Visual Productions – Is the entity that is responsible for the production of all lessons,

music, productions and songs by individuals and group psalmists. This entity is equipped with a

recording studio that is available to record psalmists from all BTI locations, as well other talented

Christians who desire to record in an atmosphere that depicts holiness. All recordings are subject to the

approval of the Apostle or their designee, this is to ensure that the prescribed criteria is met at all times.

All recordings must be in keeping with the teachings of the Ministry (What we Believe).

• MBM Global Conferences - is the arm of the ministry that hosts all Conferences, Seminars and other

meetings internationally. There are several meetings set at throughout each year where members,

students and friends of the ministry are called together for their continued edification.

This time is very important for discipleship and development while providing a wonderful time of fellowship and

replenishing for the ministers as they sit before the Lord away from their usual daily activities.

• MBM Manufacturing- Given the varied areas of ministry available to our members, through this entity

those coming into the Growth Path can utilize their gifts and talents in yet another way for the Body of

Christ. This entity is still in the advanced planning stage and as such should soon be in operation.

Route to Development

The purpose of this session is to identify those who, having been trained in the New Members Orientation Class, desire to become members of Bible Teachers International Ministries.

This is a time of fellowship where prospective members can address any uncertainties and the leaders can discuss the areas of Ministry on the Growth Path to which members may be channeled.

Applications for membership and a short questionnaire will also be completed. The questionnaire will enable your leaders to decide the area of Ministry for which you are best suited. You will also be advised of the date and time that you will officially be given the ‘right hand of fellowship’ into the Ministry.

The following are mandatory sessions that must be attended by each member of Bible Teachers International:

• Regular church services
• Corporate prayer at least three times weekly
• Classes at Mary Banks Global Training Center
• Regular Ministerial Staff Development Training

Bible Teachers International is a training mechanism and our focus is to make you into an acceptable vessel for use in the Kingdom of God.
