CONCLUSION

It is our sincere desire that you have gained a thorough knowledge. Each sister should keep in mind that the Church (Body of Christ) is ordained to be perfected by God and that perfection in holiness is achievable simply because it is written.

The Word has instructed us as leaders, not to lord over His people, but to be an example by being the first partaker of His Word. The people need to see a living example. You will learn to love God’s people and bear their weaknesses in patience. You must be in submission to those above you and those whom you lead. This appointment will mature you spiritually if you stay focused on purpose. Do not see these positions as overwhelming to the point where you would say, “I can’t.” You would be right, “YOU CAN’T.” It will be by HIS SPIRIT.

God chooses leaders according to the disposition of a heart and not natural ability. Our prayer is that you continue in the faith, steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for your labor is not in vain. Walk in peace in submitting always to the righteousness of God.
