ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE

The Apostle appoints the International positions of this board. The Senior Pastor(s) appoint the board at their location. All board members must be mindful to submit in all areas to the counsel and directives of this Ministry. The board is required to work as a team in all areas where they operate. The board members must be passionate about operating in this auxiliary, and implement the necessary training and activities to make it appealing and stimulating to the members so that they would desire to continue to be holy at all times.
INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT –In submission to the local Pastorate at each location, must see herself as a co-nurturer of the board leaders, is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the auxiliaries internationally, and will work with the local pastoral staff, although not becoming involved with the day to day operations of any location. She must have a comprehensive understanding of the Manual and be able to effectively articulate it. She must impart the importance of being steadfast and be an example of servitude and a team player to the board members as well as ensure their continued spiritual growth and development. The outgoing International President and the Apostle’s Liaison will train her.
The International President will:
• Will assist the Pastoral Assistant in training the Presidents as well as overseeing the spirituality
of the boards internationally.
• Responsible for assisting the Presidents to establish Sisterhood Boards at their location.
• Must ensure that the Presidents are spiritually capable to guide the membership.
• Must ensure that the Board is administratively capable of fulfilling their responsibilities to the
Membership.
• Must ensure that the Board members have a comprehensive understanding of their Manuals
and are able to effectively articulate it to the membership.
• Must impart the importance of being steadfast and being the example of servitude and a team
player not only to the board, but also to the membership.
• Must ensure that each Board member fully understands her role on the board.
• Will from time to time conduct transmittals and shut-ins on visits to the various locations at the
request of the Pastorate.
PRESIDENT – is an Under-Shepherd and must rely on the Holy Ghost for what is needed to move the Board spiritually. She should remember that she will only be able to lead effectively with her life being an example of one living in the Spirit and committed to the Vision of the Ministry. This is crucial training in leadership for her, as she seeks a pure heart to allow the Lord to be able to use her in ministry. She must strive to maintain character that is above reproach. Leaders should involve other women outside of the board members to help coordinate the different activities or committees, i.e., planning events for the “Single Women Seminar.”
The President will:
• Work closely with the Pastoral Assistant for her own spiritual development as well as to
communicate any concerns regarding the members of the Board.
• Assist the Senior Pastor and/or Pastoral Assistant with discipleship sessions, transmittals and
shut-ins.
• Oversee the spiritual and administrative development of the Board.
• Ensure that the administrative functions of the Board are carried out effectively.
• Oversee the planning of fellowship activities for the Sisterhood in advance.
• Select the teams that will visit the sick and do follow-ups for the duration of the illness or shut in
person.
• Oversee monthly meetings of the auxiliary.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the Sisterhood Manual and be able to effectively
articulate it to the membership.
• Under the direction of the Senior Pastor, set cell group leaders and communicate regularly with
group leaders regarding the progression of cell groups.
VICE PRESIDENT – is not a figurehead to function only in the absence or unavailability of the President. It is important that she is an active Assistant and oversees those specific areas of responsibility assigned to her as this will aid in her spiritual development and that of the Board.
The Vice President will:
• Oversee the spiritual and administrative training as well as the coordination of those selected for home or hospital visitation teams.
• Be responsible for contacting (or assigning someone to contact) those who are sick and to see what kind of care is needed.
• Maintain a roster of all visitation teams and who they are assigned to visit.
• Meet with the teams before they begin their visits and keep a record of each visit.
• Work closely with the President in the planning of fellowship activities.
• Communicate with the Secretary to ensure that all scheduled events or training has been noted and the congregation notified.
• Communicate with the coordinators of the facility that is being proposed to be used for an event and to report to the President for approval.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the Sisterhood Manual and be able to effectively minister it to the membership.
SECRETARY - is an important part of this Board and does not only oversee the administrative functions of the board, but must be spiritually capable of assisting the leaders develop the membership.
• Responsible for keeping an updated list of all members, with other relevant information such as phone numbers, birthdays and anniversaries of all the membership.
• Responsible for keeping a record of all events planned for all the groups within the Auxiliary, ensuring that rosters for meetings, activities, and visitation schedules are posted in the Sanctuary at least a month in advance.
• Responsible for keeping minutes of all meetings and recording the general topics and decisions made. Minutes should be typed and distributed to the Board. Members in a timely manner at least two weeks prior to the next
meeting.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the Sisterhood Manual and be able to effectively articulate it to the membership.
• Must attend monthly auxiliary meetings regarding spiritual and administrative responsibilities.
TREASURER – is also an essential part of the board and does not only oversee the financial functions of the board, but must be spiritually capable of assisting the leaders develop the membership.
• Records should be clear and accurate and available for perusal at any time.
• Ensures that monthly dues are collected and recorded.
• All other financial transactions received are to be recorded and distributed as is approved by the President. If the dues reach a substantial sum, it may be wise to open an account or give it to the bookkeeper of the Church
for safekeeping.

• Must attend monthly auxiliary meetings regarding spiritual and administrative responsibilities.
