Like A Chameleon

2 CORINTHIANS 2:11

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Did you know that the devil has wisdom? God gave it to Him before his fall. Though he has wisdom, God is wiser and He has exposed all the wiles of the enemy to us. Even the scripture lets us know that there hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man. (1 Cor 10:13) One of the tactics that he uses is that he sticks to whatever works. If he has used a technique in the past that tends to work on you, he will keep using it. However, if you grow wise and discern him you will be able to stay true to your God.

ACTIVITY:

Write down the different temptations the enemy has come with since the beginning of this challenge. Let the Holy Spirit guide you to extract wisdom from them. Journal the responses you will give in the future to these temptations.

God, though the devil is like a chameleon, I can rejoice because you are unchanging. I can trust whatever you say, in whatever situation I am in. My prayer is that you be magnified in me as I hold fast to your holy Faith. Amen
