The Creation

Summary Scripture:

Genesis 2:9

9 And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Our God is so faithful to those who love Him and seek to know His will. The Body of Christ is fragmented and divided. Sin is rampant in the Body and hope has greatly diminished. But the Lord visited me a few days ago and renewed my strength, rekindled my faith, and restored my hope. In doing so, He made me to know that there is no real hope or great expectation of eternal life, except there be a true knowledge of God. Sadly, due to the lack of Apostolic Order, the church is void of this great knowledge; that would surely hold it fast on the course set by the Father. Nevertheless, in order to make the journey from here to eternity, the sons of God must be taught by God. In the visitation, the Lord said to me, “You too, have not yet connected the dots. All the truths I have given you are still disjointed in your heart. You have not yet completely comprehended my eternal plan and purpose. But it is this knowledge that will cause my sheep to hear my voice and come out of ignorance. Up to now they have heard bits and pieces of the truth. Even those whom you have taught, will need to know the complete mystery of my redemption plan.

They need to know the things I have freely given to them.” Immediately, I began to see the word of God. I saw the eternal plan of God that has been hidden in Him since before He laid the foundations of the world. My heart leaped as the knowledge of God was downloading into my spirit. As He spoke, visions began to unfold in my heart. My mind was totally and overwhelmingly consumed by the wealth of truth I heard and saw. Needless to say, I was more than excited, I was almost hysterical.. The whole Bible became exciting; and I began to understand things that put all bible prophecy in proper perspective. There is so much information in my spirit; until I am not sure how, or where to start in relaying it to the Body of Christ. Even at this moment, I am not sure how to structure these truths in such a way that all will understand and know the truth about our salvation. Nevertheless, I will seek the wisdom of the Holy Spirit and yield to his guidance. In the Beginning... There is nowhere to start other than the beginning of the creation. It is there that we will begin to see the mind and heart of the Father regarding his intent and eternal purpose.

Genesis 1:26-28

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Oftentimes, we simply look at the scriptures above as the creation story; but I submit that they are much more than that. They reveal the original intent of God regarding the earth and man. Yes, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, but He gave it to man as an everlasting dominion. This is a very important fact if we are going to ever understand the things that followed. God never intended to take dominion over the earth from the man. It was to be an everlasting possession.

Psalm 104:14-15

14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.

God gave herbs, wine, oil and bread to Adam for his service in the earth. In other words, He made provisions for His man to be happy in the service of the Lord. If now, we are to seek out the heart of the Father for His man, we must search out the ones to whom He revealed it.

Psalm 103:7

7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

David is faithful to let us know that Moses had the knowledge of God that begins to expose His heart. This is certainly revealed in the giving of the Ten Commandments.

Deuteronomy 6:5

5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Deuteronomy 6:13-15

13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.

14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;

15 (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

Israel is commanded:

1. To love the Lord with all their heart

2. To have no other gods, but to worship Him only

3. To fear the Lord because He is a jealous God

4. To serve the Lord The Lord has declared, “ For I am the LORD, I change not; (Mal 3:6).

Malachi 3:6

6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed

If this is true, then these things were in the heart of God from the beginning of creation. He made the earth a paradise for His man. He placed him over all the works of His hands. He gave him everlasting life and an everlasting dominion. But it was all for love, worship and servitude. We have said in the past that Adam and his kind were not capable of loving the Father as He desired to be loved; but I had to reexamine that thought. Adam loved Eve enough to lay down his life in order to be with her. Is this not the kind of love the Father desired. And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

We also learn that God wanted to be served. He wanted the man to do His will on the face of the earth. In describing the activity of Adam in the Garden, David writes; \

Psalm 104:23

23 “Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.”

It is important that you understand without reservation that this desire for love, worship and servitude, was the motivation for all creation. The Father defines for us what He receives as love. And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. … The Lord wanted the heart and soul of His man to be filled with love for Him. Listen to the God who changeth not.

Numbers 15:39-40

39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:

40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.

God wanted man’s affection and adoration. He would not tolerate man loving anything or anyone more than Him. But how was He to know that Adam loved Him above all else. How was He to know that His new creation (mankind), really loved and appreciated all that He had done for them. Well, He did the same thing to Adam as He does with us; He tried his heart.

Genesis 2:16-17

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

In the visitation, the Lord caused me to know that the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, was placed in the Garden to test the love of man. The Lord has only one concept of love, obedience.

Therefore, if Adam loved and appreciated all that God had done for him, he would not disobey Him.

Ezekiel 31:8

8 The cedars in the garden of God could not hide him: the fir trees were not like his boughs, and the chestnut trees were not like his branches; nor any tree in the garden of God was like unto him in his beauty.

Now, in perspective, it could be easy to say that the tree of knowledge of good and evil was of the seed of Satan, and that it was God’s intent to give Satan access to Adam. Of course the tree was pleasant to look upon, and the fruit of it was appealing to the flesh. But more than that, it was appealing to the soul, being reported as able to make one wise and liken unto the angels. All of this may be true, however, I submit that regardless of the origin or seed of the tree, it was the act of disobedience itself that gave Satan an entrance into the holy creation. We know that Adam failed the test and sin and death came into the world.

Romans 5:12

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

There are ministers who insist that there are some before the atonement of Christ, and even afterwards, who had no sin. But that is not what the word declares.

Romans 5:14

14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

I really don’t understand why this is such a controversy. The word is very plain here. Death reigned over all mankind, even those who had never committed an act of disobedience as Adam did. The script proclaims, The sting of death is sin;...

1 Corinthians 15:56.

56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

If sin is the power of death, then death could not reign over anyone unless their spiritual disposition at birth, (not having committed any transgression, as did Adam), had been accounted as sin.

1 Corinthians 15:22

22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

These are the rudiments of our faith and the purpose for redemption. All mankind was in the loins of Adam, therefore, all mankind needed forgiveness for sin. The apostle Paul confirms this truth as he continues his letter to the Corinthians.

1 Corinthians 15:3-4

3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

If we are so bold as to say that some of Adam’s children were not born in sin, then it is to also to say that some did not need Christ to die for them. It is to say, there are some who have no need of an atonement for sin. I am not that bold; for such a statement makes God a liar; when he concludes all to be under sin. But I am convinced that Jesus has already prophesied, “my sheep will hear my voice and another they will not follow.” Thus it follows that they who regard their favorite preacher, their relatives, or their own opinion, more than Christ, are not the sheep and will continue in the lie, even after hearing the truth. Let not that be God’s testimony of you. Let’s make sure we follow this earthly drama as it unfolds. Adam is the father of the human race, called man. In his loins were all that will ever live on the earth. This includes everyone that was born before the coming of Christ, as well as all who were born after Christ, unless they were born of parents who were in Christ. Thus all mankind, was born in sin; and in need of an atonement. I think it is good to take a moment to really look at God’s perspective from the script.

Galatians 3:22

22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

We have already discussed the fact that God has concluded, all under sin; but he also said, “the promise” by faith of Jesus Christ would be given to those who believe. Now, we come to the revelation of the Mystery of God. It is a mystery that was hidden in God, before the world has made. At this point I don’t exactly know how to format or structure my writing to minister this great truth. But I will depend on the Holy Spirit to enlighten us.

THE PROMISES GOD MADE:

Genesis 3:15

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

1. The first thing I want us to take note of, is that all that existed in the earth, had the seed in itself. Notice how the Lord addresses each of the perpetrators. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: The serpent in the garden was apparently able to walk upright; but the “punishment promise” was that he would crawl on his belly all the days of his life. Though it might seem that he was talking to the serpent standing before Him; He was, in fact, talking to all that would come forth from the serpent. Therefore, every serpent, (snake), born into the world afterwards, has the seed of Satan and crawls on his belly. He will go into the millennium on his belly. Another observation is that God made the serpent one with the seed that was in him. This was the first creature to express iniquity in the creation.

2. God promised that a seed would be given to the woman that would bruise the head of the seed of the serpent. When God speaks of Satan, He says,

Ez.28:15

15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

The serpent had betrayed God, and had taken on the spirit of the devil. He is cursed throughout eternity. Like Satan, he is never forgiven. Therefore, every serpent born into this world, is born with the seed of the devil. God made Eve to know that a woman (Mary) would bring forth the righteous Seed that would bruise or ‘brake’ the head, (First, or Chief Leader), of the serpent. But he goes on to say that the seed of the serpent, (satan) will bruise Christ's heel. Now there are at least two schools of thought regarding this passage. The most popular one is that the bruising of Christ's heel is the crucifixion of our Lord. However, because the Chaldean word used here, is rendered hind or last part; many conclude it to be the persecution of the latter day church and the Jewish remnant. Either way, both are true; and did and will happen.

These were the first promises pointing to the coming of the Lord. This is very important; because these promises were made before there was anyone called Jew or Gentile. The promise of a righteous seed was given to mankind. It was given to the parents of the human race. This promise was the first hope of salvation given to man. Consider another promise of the righteous seed.

Genesis 17:7-10

7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

Now follow me here. This indeed is a covenant made between Abraham, Christ and God.

Gal 3:16

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

We know that Abraham is the Father of the Jewish nation. Nevertheless, the benefits of the promise go beyond the Jews. It reveals that the Gentiles would be made partakers of the promise by Jesus Christ. In fact, the writer goes into even more detail when he reveals that the promise is the Spirit of God.

Gal 3:14

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith
