we are going to get right into our lesson tonight I have um Apostle kareim flowers working with me tonight bless the Lord amen and um we our lesson tonight is is a subject that we have been talking 0:35 about for the last 40 years probably glory to God and it's the title is self denial plain old self-denial and we really want to take a good hard look at it glory to God it I'm going into the chapter from the Caribbean conference bless the Lord uh I think it's the last chapter in the book self-denial and um Karine we're going to start in second Peter second Peter I believe let's see what chapter the 1:05 first chapter we'll start right there at the first chapter of second Peter 1 and three why don't we take it from the first the first verse in that in that chapter okay um to keep things in context I like to I like to do that keep keep things in context so we can know exactly what they're saying that's um for the benefit of those of you that are just coming in bless the Lord one Simon Peter a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ to them that have obtained like Precious Faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Savior Jesus Christ okay I before we go any further than 2:35 this verse I want to point out something I want to point out a very important word here in the first line Simon Peter a servant a servant and an apostle but he first called himself a servant and that's something that ministers have neglected have neglected to to actually acknowledge in their life and in their Ministry that we are servants you know and we think in terms of of servitude is just coming to church and 3:06 standing before an audience and ministering you know the word of God but we are servants every moment of every day okay every moment of every day 24/7 we are Servants of the Lord so that means whatever it is that God is requiring of us we are there to do it we are gladly and willingly amen there and available to do whatever the will of the Lord is and one of the things that Paul said 3:36 I believe was Paul or oh no it was Jesus when he was teaching about servitude he he said that we were unprofitable servants he gave a parable glory to God and in that Parable uh about servitude the servant that was serving his master he worked in the fields all day came into the house and the master you you know said that he doesn't come in and just sit down and and and be served no 4:06 he he comes out of the field he now cooks and and and prepares food for the master and after the master has eaten then he set why because he is an unprofitable servant and that's how we have to see ourselves as unprofitable servants in other words whatever we do for God we're not looking for uh we're not looking for for restitution from anyone amen even God even God even though he promised it to us 4:36 but we that's not why we do what we do we don't give just to get glory to God Amen when when when we are really truly walking in Divine servitude I'm talking Divine servitude when your heart is to serve God then you are willing to do whatever it is the Lord sets before you to be done it doesn't matter what it is or when it is glory to God sometimes we want to serve God 5:06 on our own terms you know we we have some people you know I've known people over over the the years that I've been in Ministry that literally serve God on their own terms they serve God on their own terms and on their and and on their own times things have to be this way things have to be that way there are ministers that don't don't want to go they will not go and run a 5:37 Revival unless they negotiate their honorarium first you know and and there are ministers that will not have whole a conference because they've gotten so big now and everybody knows them and uh they you know they're T evangelist or whatever they are glory to God and because they have become renowned glory to God they will not have a conference unless they charge people to come through the door of that conference to hear the word of 6:07 God and that's not servitude and no matter how you want to cook it or bake it or whatever fry it up it's still not God it's not God and and there is a recompense coming for ministers that have that particular attitude that's not servitude and see we're talking about self denial and and this is crucial to all ministers and and Kareem if you want to chime in on this please please feel free to do 6:37 so um this is crucial to any Minister when you when when God has called you and giving you his precious revelation of his word giving you the understanding the knowledge of his word that knowledge wasn't supposed to to be bed in other words you weren't we were not supposed to uh set up edifices and then have a a an entrance fee in order to come into the church to to hear Ministry to hear to 7:07 hear us talk about the word of God to hear us expound on the word of God there is a cover charge at the door that is not the heart of God now when we when we when we now put that in light of uh self-denial we have ministers that have not been discipled into Temperance they have not been discipled into Temperance glory to God and because they have not been discipled into Temperance when they 7:38 when they gain momentum when they gain notoriety glory to God there is no restraints there there are no restraints because now I have made it I am known I'm on the television I'm on the YouTube I'm everywhere people know me now and I have a a a calling I am I am a calling card I people call me into their Ministries so that they can get a population you know when I come so when 8:08 ministers get to that that place without having been discipled into Temperance and self-denial there is no restraints on them so now I can do what I want if I want to put a cover charge if I want to charge for for uh someone for me coming in to speak glory to God can you imagine someone that is that that has a church with you know thousands of of of of of people thousands of members 8:38 they're on television they're they're making all kinds of money through offerings from from their television Ministry they're making all kinds of money every time they have a service at their Church I mean they're millionaires millionaires millionaires time and time and over and over again but they won't come to you they are so big until they can't even see themselves coming to preach to 50 people that I mean that's just just not what what they 9:08 would do because that's a waste of their time and it's not profitable it's not profitable when I could I could um uh go to Pastor so and so who is able to give me a $10,000 honorarium or a $30,000 honorarium or whatever that is glory to God why would I come to speak to 50 people that can't give me anything and see if you haven't if you haven't been I'm talking to all you ministers 9:38 out there glory to God this is this God saying that if you have not been discipled into Temperance why do you think Jesus taught these guys for three and a half years Peter is just echoing the things that Jesus taught them unprofitability glory to God to be unprofitable servants Amen to look for nothing to look for absolutely nothing Paul said I've learned how to to abound and I've learned how to be abased I've learned 10:09 how to be full and I've learned how to suffer need glory to God so it doesn't matter what state I'm in I've learned to be content that's when you have been discipled into the mind of Christ but those of you that have not been discipled into that mind you don't have any restraints on you so what when you get not noted or you achieve notoriety to God you do what you've seen others do to 10:39 to further their wealth you don't have anything to restrain you from that glory to God because you there's no discipleship that's why Apostolic order is so important that we take the the mind of Christ that the apostles left us they left us that teaching of the mind of Christ and we take that and disciple it into our people so that we don't raise up young people that are looking at these guys that have millions 11:09 of dollars they have the they have the Bentley and the rose and the and the the Mercedes and all of that and they feel that they have not obtained Ministry until they they have not become successful in Ministry until they get those um items or icons amen they have to have they have to have that that's what identifies that Minister it identifies a minister if he has if he's made it my God Amen Bentley's 11:39 and and and and you know the best of cars the best of clothing the best of everything the Entourage and all of that that does not make you a minister it really does not it doesn't make you a min Minister glory to God you are a minister when you can be lowly and humble and an unprofitable servant Kareem anything you want to share on that my Lord yes um I'm over here just thinking about 12:09 just the blessing of the Holy Spirit um that when we received the Holy Spirit we weren't calling on him for money we weren't calling on him for fame we were calling on him for notoriety we needed a change in our lives and just when we look at the power of the Holy Spirit In Our Lives um um taking up taken back to that scripture you quoted in Philippians where you said I know both how 12:40 to be a base and how to abound there is just a place in the walk when you have to go through you know or or be without but you're without substance but you're doing it in Christ there is just for want of a better word is almost like the Holy Spirit obligates himself to you okay to make sure he keeps you you feel his presence you feel the anointing You Feel The Fellowship of the 13:10 Holy Spirit and that's a place in the W that only comes through just suffering with Christ and I know that's a taboo word but it's a place where you can experience the power of the Holy Ghost in your walk but as Doc is ministering so many people people are yet to experience this because they've just sought after the things of this world and it's just so sad to think about but the church that that 13:40 Jesus died to birth is one that actually walks in a a state of where they just want nothing they have no entitlement they're not ministering to get anything from mankind but they minister to please their lord and to win souls for the Kingdom so I'm just blessed by that amen let's read verse uh two it says Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our lord according as 14:10 his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue praise the Lord now this is important Grace and TR and peace is Multiplied through knowledge through the knowledge of God you you know I think that I think that the body of Christ the body of Christ will always remain stagnated it will always remain um snared if it 14:40 does not if it does not come into the knowledge the the truth of of God and godliness if it doesn't come into that truth if it doesn't Embrace that truth now the the the the the the truth is that in this ministry we have endeavored to to minister that truth but I I have to be honest there there is some truths that God has given us that not everyone has embraced and that is that 15:11 is very sad because there these truths that God has given us the the knowledge of God it separates us from the world it makes a distinction between from uh between the sons of God and the world the the knowledge the very knowledge of of God the knowledge of who you are the knowledge of what you are glory to God the knowledge of what salvation is glory to God it separates us from the world that 15:41 knowledge alone but if you don't have that knowledge even though you have been blessed with the divine nature of God you'll still walk like the world you'll act like the world because you don't have the knowledge of who you really are that's why Apostolic order once again is so important because where there's Apostolic order there is a complete revelation of Jesus Christ and until you until you uh until there is Apostolic order you're not 16:11 going to have a completed revelation of Christ because that Revelation was given in to the apostles and the apostles were responsible for putting that Revelation in the church so you have to find a a real Apostle you have to you know not someone that just you know charismatic glory to God what's that glory to God um Charisma is not what builds sons of God it takes the knowledge of God to create a Real manifested 16:41 Son of God and so we are not seeing that Grace and that peace being multiplied Amen in the church because there is a lack of knowledge in the household of faith there's a lack of knowledge and and and what's really really sad is that there are some uh that have received that knowledge I know this ministry has received it but there's still some in this ministry even that have not yet embraced it have not 17:11 yet embraced that that um that that knowledge the knowledge of God and that is what is is so scary that's frightening because when you start talking about self-denial denying yourself amen how can can you do that without the knowledge of God you're not even motivated to do it you because you have no reasoning factors there if you don't have the knowledge of God you have nothing to bounce the aders the the adversarial uh theory 17:42 that the enemy is going to present you don't have nothing to to bounce that off of you have nothing Amen to weigh that against if you don't have the knowledge of God and so it's time now for every son Son of God in the body of Christ when you are listening to a minister you got to listen to your spirit you got to listen to the holy spirit because if if that minister is ministering 18:12 something that is not the truth your spirit will let you know you'll have a check in your spirit the holy spirit will let you know that's not my word because why can I say this because that's what Jesus said he said my sheep know my voice and he said they will not follow another he said the Sheep know his voice and they will not follow another so now if if if you are the Sheep 18:42 if you belong to Christ and you are hearing a word that is just not God then you you know you feel a void inside and and the Holy Spirit is checking you and the Holy Spirit is and you we know before we had all this knowledge all this Revelation that that that God has given us and bible teach us when I was in Tradition there were things that tradition taught I just I knew that 19:12 wasn't God I just knew it wasn't God I didn't know everything I know now but there was some things I was listening to that I knew that was not the mind of God and I might not have read it in the scriptures I might not have had scriptural proof of it at the time I might not have been aware of the scriptures that that uh agreed with with with my uh assessment however my spirit 19:42 said that's not God my spirit said that's not God and and it proves that that regardless amen the Sheep know the voice of the shepherd they know the voice of the chief Shepherd so if you if that doesn't if that doesn't get your attention if that doesn't bother you if that doesn't you know alert you then you need to check whether you really saved or not or you need to check whether you really concerned 20:13 about your soul because the knowledge of God is what is going to save us that's that's what's going to get us into the kingdom because without that knowledge we will never walk in Holiness we'll never walk in Holiness we got to know what God has said we've got to know who we are in God Amen because knowing who you are in God is is is um exciting it it it builds something in you glory 20:43 to God and and it's a driving force just the knowledge of who you are is a driving force the knowledge of what God has done amen uh in the making of the church is a driving force but if you don't have any of that if you don't know any of that if you if you don't even understand scripture that says as he is so are we if you don't if you don't understand that if 21:13 you don't understand that you have Cru those who are Christ have crucified the flesh with its affections and his lust if you don't understand that then you know you're still walking battling every day trying to stay holy just trying to stay holy I I I got to do this I got to quote scriptures I got to pray four times a day I got to call on this I got to call on that I got 21:43 to do this I got to do that to try to stay holy no glory to God you were created Holy See you don't understand that if if you haven't been taught that and disciple that has not been discipled into you then you're you you're you are a Target you are prey for the enemy now like I said earlier the sad thing about that is that there are those who have heard this have heard it 22:14 many a times glory to God but have not yet embraced it have not yet embraced it praise the Lord have not yet embraced the knowledge of God that has been dispensed amen so when we say be ye perfect we have taught be ye perfect for for at least 30 years now glory to God at least 30 years and there are people that are still chiding with that there are still people that you know I 22:44 don't know about that I don't I don't I don't know if I can be perfect I I don't I don't know glory to God when we when we have clear scripture that tells us be you holy for your father is Holy be ye perfect glory to God as he is so are we glory to God that we have scriptures that demands it that demands that we walk in Holiness the scripture say God forbid sin 23:14 glory to God the the amen that uh body of sin was destroyed at Salvation we have scripture we have tons of scripture but who is embracing that knowledge who is actually knowledge and saying you know that's what God has ordained for me to walk in who is actually doing that who's actually saying okay this is not not something for me to just come to church and I can I hear something that I haven't heard 23:44 before and wow that is so good that is so exciting oh I just love coming to this church because they really teach the word of God but what are you doing with it what do you do with it do you actually make that knowledge of God law for your life is it law for your life or do you now sift it do you sift through that knowledge because many of us have been guilty of 24:14 that we hear where God is we hear his heart we hear his mind but there's some things that God will tell us or demand of us forgive your enemy simple as that that's a simple one forgive your enemy love your enemy oh forgive yeah I forgive them love them I love well I love everybody no love your enemy do you love your enemy as you love yourself you have not loved your enemy until you 24:45 love them as you love yourself amen so that's the knowledge of God all of that now is inside of the knowledge of God when you when you're studying when you're studying Christianity you find that that's just a part of the character of a Christian loving your enemy is just character that's your character that's your innate character that's what you were born with that's the nature that you inherited at Salvation so now that's not something 25:15 that we have to fast and pray to obtain to love someone that is despitefully using me and abusing me that that's not something we have to go on a fast and and and and get you know five or six hands laid on us and all of that to love someone that has hurt us no that's a part of our character character it should be very difficult not to love an enemy and let me tell 25:45 you something about that because because we have this ideology about Christianity we have this ideology about a Son of God and an ideology false narratives about what it means to actually be a Son of God or to to walk in the these kind of principles but the truth is that when it comes down to Something Like Loving an enemy all right someone hurts you someone hurts you really really bad they do something really really 26:15 bad to you and you are crying and you're you know you just you freaked out you know it's it was just terrible it was horrible what they did to you was just horrible okay what they did was horrible what they did made you sad what they did hurt you okay but where is your nature now when we take when we when we peel away all the top layers the hurt the tears the pain which 26:45 when we when we okay that's legitimate right yeah it's legitimate for for for Saints to cry for things to hurt hurt us and cause us to cry yeah you know how I know because God said when we get there he's going to wipe away our tears so hello he knows that we're going to do some crying in this walk but now when we look past the tears look past the pain of that ordeal okay 27:16 when we look when we look pass all of that then now what is in the heart where is the position of the heart regarding the individual that hurt you what is the what is the condition of the heart regarding that individual that's what you have to judge and you and and please don't tell yourself a lie don't lie to yourself glory to God you know don't lie to you you can never change as long 27:46 as you lie to you but when you examine your heart do I really love that person could I could I love that person like I love my best friend over here but I love that person like I love you know the person that is always doing for me always had my back and this person is always here this person that I'm trying to love has always had a knife in my back can I love 28:16 them like I love the person that is always trying to help me see that that's the posture of your heart that you have to examine and you have to tell yourself the truth because if that's not your heart posture you're not walking in the spirit and if you should die you will end up in Hell simple as that that's the bottom line because that's not Christ and there's no one foot in the church and 28:46 one foot in the world like people say no no you if you got one in the world both of them in the world as far as God is concerned he said because if you're loot War I'll spew you out my mouth so you got to examine now where am I regarding the disposition of my heart toward that individual and that's not something that okay I got to I got to God say I got to 29:16 love this person God God say I got to love this person and you're you're you're you're going to to for counseling now because you know you you need to talk I need to talk to my pastor I I because this thing really got to me and and uh I don't I I I it's hard it's hard to get over this but I know what the scripture say I know the scripture says I I'm supposed 29:47 to love I I I know I know that's what it says um 29:54 um do you really believe that that's that space right there that thought war is a genuine characteristic of a Son of God we should never have a thought War about love when you walk in the spirit love is natural and love is love is not something that is you turn on like a faucet and then turn it back off that's not that's not real love if you can turn it on and off it's not love love 30:25 is who you are didn't the scripture say God is love didn't it say that he is love and and and because he is love he was able to love us while we were still in sin so now if I if God can love us while we were Sinners and look at all the Sinners he loved he even loved the pedophiles he loved the homosexuals he loved the hom Anglers he loved the the thieves he loved the 30:55 murderers he loved us while we were yet in sin and now we have his nature we have his nature so it's it's not farfetched for God to say love your enemy because we were all his enemies and and if we have his nature then it's not rocket science to know that we can do what he does in regard to that we can love like he loves because we have his nature now let me give you a 31:25 um a a um a news alert here 90% of the church does not believe that maybe even more does not believe that we have the divine nature of God and that divine nature gives us the ability to love the same way God loves now the problem we have with that though uh kareim is that th this this love this Divine love has already been tested it was tested in the early church before these people would deny 31:56 their Master they they were tortured they were burned at the state they were eaten alive by wild beasts they watched their children burned alive they watched their children torn and pulled apart by wild beasts glory to God they have endured loving their God and their enemy so God is saying where's your love where's your love where is your love where is that okay that's the knowledge of God right so without without being taught that without being 32:26 discipled into that how do you walk in it how do you walk in it if no one challenges you on that how will you ever walk in that you never walk in that and how many how many churches that we go in and we sit in and we listen to the preachers how many of them are actually preaching that kind of love no that was what Jesus did he loved undeservingly they don't tell us that we 32:56 have to love like that you know why because they're not loving like that they're not loving their enemies they have a Line in the Sand they have limitations on how far you can go glory to God Amen so how will I get to a place where someone has done me wrong and I refuse to hate them that's self-denial I will deny myself of that emotion I will not allow myself hatred I will not feel that for 33:26 my enemy that's ultimate self-denial when you refuse to hate an enemy when you when you not only refuse to hate them but you choose to love them that's when you have won and until you get there you have not won you have not won you have not won kareim praise the Lord this is so good doc um something you're ministering on the belief that that thing is just opening up to me so much um because I 33:57 was going to ask you a question you know you were mentioning how this sort of Love is innate that means it should come naturally right it should not be forc we shouldn't have to quote scripture to love the way that Christ loved it should be our first response right um however if you based on just experiencing Ministry and I'm sure if you you'll ask a bunch of Christians if that's what they experience as their first response 34:27 or or what comes natural to them they'll probably say no you know I experience offense or experience unforgiveness so I was going to ask you about what's that disconnect um that that causes true sons of God not to walk in their nature and I may not know the whole answer but one of the things that really jumped out at me while you were just ministering is just belief um if you don't believe something you'll never make 34:57 yourself vulnerable to it and you won't have an expectation right um for instance if you don't believe you're that good of a swimmer you will never go out to the deep end right right you just never go out in the deep end um you may be able to handle the deep end but if you truly don't believe that you are that good of a swimmer you'll never allow yourself to drift that far and and that's because 35:27 we belief dictates our actions so much we don't ever realize it at times um but if I believe that if I have an enemy that there's no way I could actually feel a true emotion of love right I'm talking personally when you think about you what you expect of you what you expect of yourself there are some people that they they fear an offense they fear a trial because they expect themselves to fall but here is 35:58 the word conf fronting that mindset and that word is saying that God has given us divine power divine power divine power and he has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness so we have power in us real us or nature is to love in that way that seems so farfetched but the if you just start off by believing it oh my Lord if you start off by just saying you know what I can 36:28 I can love like that I have that power to love I know I've told myself the opposite my whole life but but that's not true that's the lie I can actually love in this manner what you'll find that you'll happen is that you'll be okay to allow things to happen to you you you want to see this power at work in you you you be like okay when is the next trial because I want to see 36:58 this power at work but if you if you don't believe it you'll always be fearful you'll always be shying away from it but when that trial comes when that trial comes it shows right there what you truly believe do you expect now Hallelujah if I have the Holy Spirit he abides in me can't I walk in his emotions can't I feel the way he feels in the midst of whatever situation it is hallelujah if that is 37:28 real if that is possible I want to experience that I believe that for me and so if a trial is what's going to show me that power in me then a trial has to come and so we'll no longer run away we won't run away or fear or fear or fear just just this happening cuz I know I'm going to fall if this happens I know I'm going to tell them something no hallelujah what does the 37:59 word say about me I have to embrace that first M and I have to expect that of me my Lord and just that there's such power in just believing What God Says you find that you'll experience God right there in the midst if you just humble yourself to his word first and say God because you said it I believe it now I expect to see it in my life mhm my God come on let's give God 38:29 a praise amen bless the Lord now this third verse here Kim says according as his Divi divine power has given as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness so once again he's saying I have given you the ability I've given you the ability to live this life this life you know the only life there is is in Christ Jesus that's only life anything outside of Christ is dead okay 38:59 it just just it may be walking dead but it's dead amen so God said to live this life in Christ I've given you everything that pertain to it everything you need to live this life everything you need to walk in God godliness I have already given it to you so we don't need people laying hands on us to to to obey God you know I've had people that that that say Pastor pray for me that I 39:30 that I'll obey God no I no baby you need to decide to obey God that's a decision that you need to make amen because God is not going to he's not going to force you he's not going to force you to obey him so you you have to decide that I'm going to obey God Amen that's not something someone can just zap you into you know but God said I have given you my divine power see 40:00 we have the divine nature and Saints let me tell you something I can't say it enough I'm telling you unbelief many people did not go into the promised land because of unbelief many sons of God sons of God will not go into the Kingdom of Heaven because of unbelief many will sit you know um I look at what God has done in in in this ministry what I see God doing in Bible teaching and has done 40:30 for many many many many years is give us the TR truth disciple that truth into us and then challenge us with that truth with trial he'll give it to us he'll disciple us to make sure we understand it and then he will bring the trials to prove it and it's not only to prove that truth but to prove Us in the truth and because God has done that year after year after year after year we are 41:00 now without excuse so if we now can just see Bible teachers and as oh this is a place to just learn oh we just keep learning learning and gaining knowledge Forever Learning but never coming to the power of that knowledge glory to God there are many in this ministry that are there and I want to I want to encourage you tonight you can move from there you can move from there if you've been in this ministry 41:31 for years and you've been hearing the truth and hearing the truth and hearing the truth but you know that you have not been walking in the truth you can change that tonight that doesn't have to be your your destiny you don't have to miss heaven and go to hell because you simply did not believe but there are those that will com and they don't know see glory to God this this is this is just on my 42:01 heart Saints and I just need to say this there are those that have come into Bible teachers that don't know how precious the truth is there's so many people that wish they knew what what we take for granted things that we know amen is Elementary to us and there are people that come in they hear hear little Elementary stuff that we're talking and they go like wow wow that's real oh I heard god well we hear 42:31 him all the time with that glory to God and and and they don't know how precious it is and and when you treat truth when you treat the knowledge of God ferous as if it's just something you know it's just something else and you just put it over here chalk it up with with all the other um philosophers you treat it like it's another philosophy glory to God then you are in danger of Hell Fire you 43:01 are in danger of Hellfire God is saying you cannot you cannot ignore the knowledge of God when God gives it to you do you know know how blessed you are when God can actually share his Revelation things that only God can reveal you can read this Bible you we we I've read scriptures here for years and suddenly one day 10 years later 20 years later wow it comes alive why because God unveiled it and so when 43:32 you're sitting in a Ministry where the word is constantly being unveiled constantly being unveiled constantly it's almost like every time I listen to Kareem preach every time I listen to Apostle Mike preach glory to God Amen even even uh Pastor Tanya glory to God God is is like he the he's peeling an onion glory to God taking off layers amen and we see deeper and we see deeper and we see deeper we're we're this whole book 44:02 here what does it mean to be a Son of God Amen which should have been titled the sovereignty of God Amen but this whole book is based upon scriptures that we have had in front of us for the last 40 years we didn't just now see these scriptures they've been in front of us for the last 40 years but suddenly now God has opened them up God is showing us he's given us Revelation you know how 44:32 you know how precious that is do you know how precious that is glory to God there are people that wish they knew what we have taken for granted and so God said for he that knows the way and chooses not to walk in it now you're in really trouble you're going to be with a many many stripes and not only not only when you get to hell but even in this world there are people that cannot 45:02 Prosper that cannot Prosper because they've heard the truth and refused to walk in it so they can't Prosper they they they they can only get right here when they they they should be here but they can only get right here they should be way up here but they they can only get right there God will let them stay right there and and every time they seem to come up here and every time they why because they 45:33 have heard the truth and it's the mercy of God that keeps doing this that keeps knocking you down that I was heading toward my my bedroom and by the time I got in the bedroom I said are you a fool are you are you that foolish you going to give in this you crazy nuh no we not we're not we're not about to do that there is no depression in God there is there is not no no no there's no oppression 49:05 that's going to hold amen a Son of God down no no no no we getting up we going we going to go up and we going we going to do ourselves up we going to do it real nice glory to God and we going and we going to sit there and we going to minister the word of God Amen in the power of the Holy supposed to be you're supposed to regardless of what the altercation is you supposed to remain in character the character of Christ there's never a time where God gives us the right to come out of that character amen of 54:37 Christ well we there's never a time I don't care what the person does God doesn't say well okay now you're justified in um being unlike me you're justified in laying down the character of Jesus and picking up that of Satan you're Justified no there's never a time when that is Justified right but what we'll do let me let me tell you something there may be a time where you want to just really punch someone you know 55:08 just punch them glory to God just just punch them out glory to God i' I've been where I've been so angry I wanted to just hit somebody I know you guys have never been that angry but but I have amen but let me tell you something uh you may be so angry with your child that you really want to this time you want to punch him glory to God cuz you're so so angry you know you 55:38 can you can say something just say something you can call that that child a name and it's like you punch that child so hard and knock that child down till they never could get up words are more painful than the physical words can be just as painful or more painful than physically doing harm to a person you can you can you can use words to to destroy a person with just words because they never forget they 56:08 don't forget those words they don't forget that moment they don't they they always hear it year after year after year they hear those words they never forget them if it was negative if it if it was degrading they never forget it and it doesn't matter what you do after that if that person does not is is not able to give themselves over to Christ if that person is not able to embrace the fullness of walking in 56:39 the spirit they will never forget those words now the only way that those words was was will cease to have an effect on that person is when they Embrace Christ fully they have to fully Embrace Christ so just because you didn't hit a person physically doesn't mean that you didn't seek to do them harm it doesn't mean you didn't seek to do them harm I had a sharp mouth I had a sharp mouth and I was 57:09 skinny I was very very skinny and very you know very very scrawny and and and so you know I and and especially when if you dealing with a man you couldn't you you know he knock you out just you know breathe on your heart and you fall praise the Lord but um but I had a mouth I could cut him down with with my mouth I had a tongue that was like a a two-edged sword you 57:39 know that tongue is dead ly the Bible say so glory to God and so so you might as well beat your child abusively beat your spouse abusively beat your sibling abusively if you're going to degrade them with your tongue you you can you you can't pat yourself on the back because you didn't use fisticuffs you cannot pat yourself on the back glory to God because your words did more damage it did more damage than if you 58:09 had slapped that person or knocked that person down because your words knocked them down and they could never get all the way back up without God some children are destroyed today because of things their parents said to them when they were young some people some adults don't see themselves the way they ought to see themselves because of their childhood because they were never encouraged they were always look down on I have a person close to me 58:40 now that that testified that they was they was always considered the black sheep because they didn't wasn't as pretty as the the other the other siblings and and you know they were treated like they were the black sheep of the family they were the ugly ones and and that has really affected that person's life life today to where they don't think that they're any good they don't think that they have any use they don't have any 59:10 real value words can hurt and so when you get upset when you get angry you got to draw on that divine nature and say okay let me say what I got to say but let me let me not now say something that is vicious that is is totally uncalled for come on let me and and and and and you know what's even more what's what's what's what makes it so memorable the spirit we say things in 59:40 the spirit we say things in and I'm telling you Saints you talking about self-denial that's the greatest self-denial you can have I have had people to curse me out I mean stand in my face and curse me out speak in my face and all of that and I just stand right there and say a word it's better for me not to say anything than to come out of my mouth with something that's not going to glorify 60:10 God it would be better for me just to take it just to take it it'd be better for me not to further the argument by saying anything I don't need to say anything let them say what they got to say do what they got to do glory to God whatever they want to do let them do it because I answer to a higher power so Saints this when we talk about self-denial that's the greatest self-denial that 60:41 you can operate in is when you can constrain yourself when the enemy is trying to provoke you when he's just doing everything he can to provoke you to bring out something that you used to be trying to take you back to some place that you once walked in no don't let him take you back to your vomit and eat the thing that you vomited out don't let him take you back to that you remain in that 61:11 divine power of the Holy Spirit as I will deny myself of any retribution I would deny myself of being able to say things that I know what would just cut this person down I would I deny myself of that amen amen Kareem anything yes I'm Saints this is what I need and I need I'm going to put it out there glory to God I'm put it out there and whoever wants to help can help me amen btvn is my production company glory to God and we're we're doing we're doing what we what God told us to do we're doing a a movie and and and not only that they they 67:44 work to produce everything you see when everything you see me doing glory to God that staff you know brings we we come forth with Excellence we try to come forth with with with what we need and glory to God and they work they work diligently and they hard you know most of them over in Jamaica and they work with hardly anything Saints I mean these kids work and they use what they got until it just doesn't 68:15 go anymore amen and so it's been several years now since we we brought them equipment but we know right now we're in a place where we need six new computers everybody needs a new computer and we can get them we can get them amen if for about I would say about $600 per per computer if we if we had about $600 cuz we're going to get the the the Mac minis amen um so if if you 68:45 would if if there's those of you that was if I could get get some people out there that say well okay I will buy a computer for for the staff amen for our our they they're the people that do the project 87 they're the ones without them I could I couldn't do what I do things we couldn't do what we do amen and they don't ask for anything praise the Lord they don't they you know they 69:15 use what they got but I need six new computers in and I can get what we what we're trying to get we can get it for right around $600 amen so I need six of them that's about $3,600 amen that's that's really cheap for six computers that can H handle what these guys do praise the Lord amen um so please if I can just get some people just say I will do it I will do it 69:45 I will buy a computer amen somebody may say well I'll buy two of them I'll buy three amen I don't know what you're able to do but if you're able to do it we need six that's $3,600 glory to God Amen I need one but I'm I'm going hold off I hold off I need them to have one praise the Lord and and Daniel got that you are sorry let them you know but it has to come from your heart to have any power in their lives it needs to come from your heart and people can tell people can tell when when you're coming from your heart 72:47 so go and and and bear your heart to that person if you can if that's a possibility and if not pray for God to bring peace between you and that person so that one day you can
