teachers International is that all right praise the Lord glory to God we we really really want you to take these these nights seriously amen the the words that God will say to us we cannot we cannot ignore we cannot be passive about it glory 0:35 to God we got to take this seriously because I don't know how many more opportunities that we're going to get Amen to get it right you know I I'm serious I don't know how many chances God is going to give us to get things right praise the Lord so I am I am excited that God think enough of us love us so much prefer us so much that he would grant us another opportunity to hear his mind and his 1:06 heart so that we can get it right amen praise the Lord glory to God all right we're going to we're going to talk about some things tonight and that I wanted Apostle kareim with me uh because we were we were discussing a few days ago we were discussing some of the things pertaining to to leadership and uh in case I don't remember them all got my my worthy helper here glory to God he and Daniel were with me in 1:36 that conversation glory to God and God really spoke to us about leadership leadership in the body of Christ not just Bible teachers in the National but in the body of Christ several years ago many years ago in in fact probably more than 30 years ago I taught a lesson the title of it and I believe we have a study guide on it tradition Meets Truth does anybody remember that tradition meets truth and the Lord the Lord brought something else 2:06 to my remembrance when he brought thata uh tradition meeting through when he brought that to my remembrance he also brought something else there was a b I had and I believe I shared it with Bible teachers wherein I went into this house and there was a old man there glory to God and a woman and the woman was like middle-aged but the man was old and I remember this something very distinct about him in that Vision he was an 2:37 old man but when I looked upon him I realized he had some strength he still had some strength even though he was old I knew that if I had to encounter him in a negative way he still had some strength if I had to encounter him physically he had some strength even though he was old well in that Vision there was a baby remember there was a baby and the old the the woman put the baby in an oven 3:07 the baby was frozen she put the baby in the oven those of you that have not heard this Vision before glory to God uh I'll see if I can find where it is and pull it up again but she put the baby in the oven uh baby that was was lying at the at the doorway of this house in the middle of the woods snow had fallen covered the ground she picked the baby up and she put the baby 3:37 in the oven and I was like why are you putting this baby in the oven and I was Furious about that and I went I I wanted to get the baby out of the oven the baby was beginning to thaw because the oven was on and the baby was beginning to thaw out and the baby was lying on the rack of the oven and it and with his head facing the the glass you know the glass little glass in 4:07 the oven door I could see the baby through the glass and the baby was was begin body was beginning to feel the heat and the he was lying on a on a a metal rack so of course he's going to going to feel the the heat of the rack and um and I was desperate to get that baby out of the oven and I told them to take the baby out of the oven and they they were they were 4:38 going on about their business and said don't worry about it don't worry the baby will be all right it's like that and long story short I I think it in the vision I took the baby out of the oven and I was holding the baby and the and I knew that the man wanted to take the baby from me I knew the man was going to take the baby from me the woman she was busy going from the kitchen 5:08 to the dining room table which she had set for a lot of people big long table beautiful table set table and she kept going back and forth from the kitchen to the table but on the way to the table every time she would go toward the table she would stop and look in the mirror she would look in the mirror and look at herself and fix herself up she would just you know make sure she was still looking really 5:38 really nice and then she'd go to the table and do some things at the table well I knew that this man was going to try to take this baby from me and put the baby back in the oven and I had to brace myself because I realized he had some strength but I was determined that he was not going to take that baby I was holding the B and the baby when the man said put the baby back in 6:09 the oven when he said that the baby said no that was the first time the baby ever spoke he said no and he yelled really loud and he looked at me the baby looked up at me it was a it was a a a a female child the baby looked up at me and looked in my eyes as if to say please don't let them put me back in that oven and I knew I had to fight with everything 6:39 in me to keep that baby from being put back in that oven this was one of the most traumatic visions that I've ever experienced cuz it was it was like I was right there and I Was preparing to fight I Was preparing myself to fight and I I was I was wondering like I got to hold on to the baby and still fight at the same time I knew I would I I couldn't put the baby down because I 7:09 didn't want to risk the woman picking the baby up and taking in the oven while I'm fighting the old man so I knew I could not loose the baby and I was ready to hold on to that baby ready to fight this man this old man and he looked at me and I knew that if he come to get this baby we're going to fight I'm going to fight with everything in me he's going to have to put both 7:39 of us in that oven you know I'm I'm I'm just not going to let this baby go well I came out of the vision and when I came came out of the vision the Lord spoke to me the Lord showed me in the vision and this is something that I want all uh leaders to understand if you are a leader that God has called to lead his people then God should not be EST stranged to you are are you 8:10 are you hearing what I'm saying in other words you should not only have relationship with God you should have fellowship with God because you have been chosen by God to lead his people and it is impossible you think about it it's impossible to really lead the people of God Without Really communicating with God because when we're not communicating with God we are assuming that we know how to develop God's people we know how to take them wherever they going 8:40 we don't even know how to get there unless God take us amen and so you have to you have to take on leadership with that concept with that in mind that God chose me to lead therefore God is going to communicate with me it doesn't matter whether you're an auxiliary leader or whether you're a deacon or whether you're a pastor an apostle or whoever you are if you're just a amen a witness you don't have to have a title 9:10 God will always lead and guide you regardless of whether you ordained not ordained or whatever glory to God you still have a Ministry of reconciliation so let us first get that first concept that God will communicate with whomever he calls if we're talking about leadership in the body there's no way God will appoint you as a leader to to guide his people to take his people to a uh a spiritual destination and not communicate and so many so many 9:41 have missed this concept because we have so many leaders that claim that they don't know the voice of God that they're they're trying to make sure that God is speaking to them they don't know when they're not sure in all instances whether God is speaking to them there's something wrong with that there's something very wrong with that I remember God called getting back to my my vision but I remember when God called me into the body of Christ and 10:11 he told me he wanted me to to minister his word go go go and and preach his gospel he gave me my calling and I remember saying to God I said Lord I will do anything you tell me to do but I need you to make it plain I don't want to have to figure out what you're saying to me what you want me to do I don't want to have to figure that out I want if I want 10:41 to you to tell me in plain English that's what I speak plain English I don't want to have to dream and then go and find someone to interpret a dream glory to God I need to know what it is you want me to do and if you make it plain I will do it and ever since then God has made it plain to me whatever he wanted me to do he tell me what he wants me to do and 11:12 then he shows me how to do it all I have to do is embark on doing it I take that initiative to start doing it I may not even know how to do it but if I take that first step to doing it simply because he instructed me to then he he picks it up from there and he guides me he shows me exactly how to accomplish what it is he is telling me to do so especially now to 11:42 leadership how do you I want you to think about this how do you even consider how is it that you can even consider leading on any in any Arena I mean in any any position in the church any auxiliary or or on the in the five-fold ministry how can you even consider leading people without being in communication with God that's the first thing you need to consider now what I hope will happen with with that is that you will 12:12 consider how often do I communicate with God how often does he communicate with me is God really talking to me can I really say God told me to get up and do this God told me to go and do that God is speaking to me daily can I really say that that my footsteps are ordered by God that God is really ordering me every day every day I know what God wants me to do is God really talking to 12:42 me is God telling me what to minister is God telling me what to study does God speak to me in my study does God speak to me on the job does God speak to me when I'm trying to accomplish something that may not even have anything to do with Ministry does does God actually talk to me if not you're and your leadership is in trouble if God is not speaking if you don't know and if if it's your testimony 13:13 well I'm not sure whether this is God or not or or whatever I don't know whether God is really speaking telling me to do this I'm really just not that sure and I don't want to say it's God if it's not and da d da d da glory to God if that's where you are then your M your ministry your leadership is in serious trouble because there's no way to lead without communication from God so my my back to 13:43 my vision that when I came out of it the Lord spoke to me specifically as soon as I came out of it he said the baby is my church the baby is the body of Christ the church Body of Christ that that was the baby the 14:03 woman yes you want yes please uh kareim is going to read it so I won't miss anything he F apparently he's pulled up the vision 14:17 okay which book which book is it in the of God okay the image of God and if you don't have every leader here if you don't have that book the image of God you need to get it the reason why I say that and and and I mean this from the bottom of my heart Saints if you a leader in this ministry or if you're a leader in 14:47 the body of Christ period that book the image of God is a is the mystery of Christ in a capsule if you can study that that book the image of God you'll if you study it and let God guide you through it by the time you finish it you will completely understand the mystery of Christ so if you don't if you don't have that book make sure you 15:17 get it and make sure you study it the baby is my church this is God speaking this to is a that is pled out of the fire for many years my people have wed in the wilderness of sin and found themselves to be wretched and bewildered with very little life left in the house you saw is my kingdom it is Thoroughly furnished with all that is needed to 15:47 nurture my people the old man is traditional the way of men and the woman is thees of devils the table she sets is for her prophets these care nothing for my church I have called you to speak the truth that will heal my people it will be as a healing on their WS wow did we hear that we got that the the baby is the church the house 16:17 that we were in is the kingdom of God and think about this now the woman was false Doctrine she represented false doctrines and she set a table for her Prophets prophets that were prophesying lies prophets that were preaching false doctrines amen and the man was tradition man is he he represents tradition well Saints God brought this Vision back to me he brought this back to me because recently 16:47 I have come face to face again with tradition I grew up in the church the body of Christ in Tradition a lot of us did we some of you were been in Bible teachers for years and years and years but some of us were in the church I was in the church 15 years before Bible teachers and I was in what what God would deem as tradition yes 17:17 the the the Pastor was saved the Saints there were many Saints in the church but the church was ruled by traditional Concepts traditional thinking traditional ways that had nothing to do with perfecting the body of Christ had nothing to do with it there was no way that I would have come to the righteousness that I walk in today had I not been pulled out of tradition no way 17:47 there's there's no way I would have enjoyed the this the spiritual success that I've that I've enjoyed in Ministry being able to see people that are actually walking in the spirit walking in the spirit just from the preaching of the truth I've lived to see that in this ministry This is 40 years I have lived to see myself being used by the Holy Spirit to raise up people 18:17 that actually walk after the spirit and when they fail they acknowledge their failure and they get up they clean themselves off and they get back in the in the fight glory to God With the Enemy so I have lived long enough to see that so 15 years in Tradition 40 years here glory to God that's a long time that's longer than some of you been alive amen praise 18:47 the Lord and so I have seen both sides because tradition trains you it doesn't just you're not just there and even if you're not in Ministry even if you even if you're not working Ministry if you're not in the pull pit you're not a pullit preacher in Tradition you are being trained by what you're watching you're being trained by what you see you know because leadership is that 19:17 thing that we are told to follow we're told to follow that and the the the the the the the um advantage that the enemy has in that scenario is that we came into the church ignorant we didn't know anything and if our elders if I if if those that we that that were ministering to us if they were traditional pastors they could only teach us what they knew 19:47 they might have been nice people people good people but they didn't know many of them didn't know the mystery of Christ so they never understood one being what it meant to be one with God they never even considered that as he is so are we so that if they would never brought there how could they take us there they couldn't take us there and so because they could 20:17 never take us there they settled they settled for their own reasoning they settled for considering that okay if I can't achieve if if if I'm failing if I'm failing if I'm failing then apparently as long as I'm in this flesh I'm God knows that I'm going to fail that's what that's the conclusion they came up with and so we were constantly Revival after Revival and repentance after repentance 20:47 going back and forth to the altar glory to God why because we were failing and we expected to fail we anticipated failure because that's what we were taught as long as you're in this body God knows that sooner or later you're going to fail you're going to you you're going to mess up glory to God we were taught that and that was actually discipled in us because the 21:17 preacher himself had no expectation of perfection he had no expectation of walking in the spirit glory to God and so he left us without hope and we didn't even know that that was a requirement of God we believe that okay I'm going to fail and then I just repent I just get on my knees and pray and ask God to forgive me and I'm okay again we would 21:47 is anybody remember that is anybody here from Old School amen tradition glory to God we kept repenting glory to God and and it was a way of life repentance became a way of life are y'all working with me I said repentance became a way of life and so um God is saying to us now the devil has not changed he doesn't change that's one attribute he got just 22:17 like God he don't change he he was whatever his attributes were in the in the beginning that's what they are now whatever his agenda is it never changes he comes to steal to kill and to destroy and one of the things that he will first attack in the Saints is their confidence in their salvation he will attack that first so that you don't have real confidence in your 22:47 salvation and when you lose confidence in your salvation and well let's let's let's deal with that first how do I lose confidence in my salvation when I'm constantly having to repent come on what if I'm constantly having to repent guess what I am beginning to consider whether this salvation is as powerful as people say it is can it really keep me you see cuz I'm not taught I'm 23:17 not taught that I am created perfect in God and that any failure is by my own choice see I wasn't taught that so I'm thinking that wow the devil just came and took advantage of me and and and he got he's more powerful than me so I was overcome you know and now I find myself back in sin and I just got to work my way back out 23:47 of sin and and repent and beg God to forgive me again and again and again and again and again and it never ends and they made us think that that was the life of a saint that we would always have to constantly battle sin but in 24:09 essence Hallelujah glory to God I just got a note that the people online could not hear Kareem I Wonder 24:22 Why Oh Praise You Jesus glory to God so they would like for us to repeat the vision what did God say about the vision thank you for amen for at least letting us know so that we don't continue and they don't know let's bear with that a moment okay Saints let's let him read read God's response to the vision amen the baby is my church this too is 24:53 a brand that is plucked out of the fire for many years my people for many years my people have wandered in the wilderness of sin and found themselves to be wretched and bewildered with very little life left in them the house you saw is my know my voice they hear me my 26:23 sheep do so that begs the question now what are you are you sheep or are you goat you know goats have a reputation for bucking always rebuttal always rebuttal always chiding chiding with truth chiding with God Amen they the goost don't really listen to to nothing glory to God but sheep sheep will hear the voice of God the Sheep will they will hear the voice of God and 26:53 he says when the sheep hear the voice of God they won't follow another and and Saints these are scriptures that Safeguard our Salvation are you hearing me a scripture like that is a is aound boundary that that sets a boundary for my faith the Sheep will hear his voice and another they won't follow now wait a minute listen to God because we have so much sympathy sometime for 27:23 people that are in false doctrines sitting up under false Doctrine sitting up under what we talked about last night the spirit of control the spirit of manipulation glory to God but God said something about that and this is why God tell us to move on move on I glory to God I know every member of the body of Christ I know their I know their situation and I 27:53 know their heart in the situation glory to God sometime we don't know people's heart in the situation sometimes we're feeling sorry for people that don't feel sorry for themselves amen that have no desire to to move forward am amen and we we're you know we're we're crying and weeping and praying and fasting glory to God God for them and they're not really interested in pursuing God are are 28:23 you are you working with me why how do I know that because of that one scripture right there that's a boundary he said my sheep does he say know my voice H they know his voice they hear his voice and they will not follow another so that tells me that if you're no matter what you're under no matter how how uh evil it is how strong it is 28:53 how how wise it is how manipulative it is it doesn't matter God say when I speak you'll hear me you'll hear my voice the Sheep will hear me they will know me is that what he said and and they will do what will you read that scripture tell us where it is Kareem so we can put it up on the board cuz I don't want to think that 29:24 I'm just talking off the top of my head we got to verify everything with scripture praise the Lord um this it's in John chapter 10 St John 10 and um verse four I guess okay can I get it up here please St John 10 and 4 yes okay and when he putteth forth his own sheep he goeth before them wait a minute when he put forth when God 29:54 now identifies his sheep the scripture say he does what go before them goeth before them he goes before them that makes him a leader that makes Christ the leader come on and the Sheep follow him the Sheep follow Christ they don't follow man they follow Christ that's why we ought to follow our leaders as our leaders follow Christ as our leaders allow Christ to lead them if Christ 30:24 is not if Christ is not leading me you shouldn't follow me you should not follow me if I am not being led if this body here is not being led by Christ then you should not follow me in fact the scripture tells you to flee from me you know um we I I always had a problem telling people you need to lead that church you know I I 30:54 cuz I see so many other preachers out there trying to you know steal people's members and all of that and there's a there's a whole you know a whole network of of that there's a whole concept of and it's and it's so detailed and and and they haven't even changed the playbook in years glory to God and manipulating people glory to God to get them out of someone's 31:24 church and all of that glory to God I've never been one to do that glory to God no no preacher could ever accuse me of trying to steal its members glory to God cuz I've always believe that if I walk in Christ people will see it if I walk in Christ people will see it and if and what is for me is for me my measure is my 31:54 measure glory to God God is the one that give us the measure what does that mean how many people I'm to uh lives I'm to affect God is already determine all the people in this world that I whose lives I will affect I'm not supposed to determine that he determines that and so there's no reason for me to go after fruit that in another man's Camp you know 32:24 that I don't I don't go after I don't try to insert myself okay I leave that up to God so I've always had a problem with telling people you need to get out of that church unless I know it's a cult or you know something like that maybe I would say well you know what yeah you need to might need to rethink what you're sitting under you know 32:54 whatever I never wanted people to accuse me of trying to take their flock trying to steal their flock I I was always very careful of that but Jesus said this he said when he putteth forth his sheep they do what he goeth before them he go before them and they do what and the Sheep follow him the Sheep follow him but there's a scripture that says they flee 33:25 right that's coming up read for they know his voice they know his voice they know his voice so there if you're in the in a church as a leader in a church people know whether God is speaking through you or not people know the Sheep know now the goats may not recognize they don't know what they're looking at but the Sheep people that are real sheep and we 33:55 got some Born Again Believers that are goats they act just like goats they'll follow anything and the reason how do they get there how do I get to be a goat something I want something I want I have an agenda and I am not ready to live holy when you will not follow God you are not ready to live holy when you make a decision to do that 34:25 which is unrighteous is because you're not ready to live holy you are not ready to make the sacrifice that Holiness demands you're not ready hallelujah what is that sacrifice Saints does anybody know what that sacrifice is what is the sacrifice you have to make in order to live holy self huh denying self if you are not ready to deny self you you're not ready to live holy it's 34:55 all about what you want what you what your agenda is your way your will hello synonymous with Satan that was his that's that was his demise his way his will what he wanted amen his desire and if you maintain what you want and you keep that before you glory to God you're not ready to live holy because there's only one way to live holy you have to deny 35:25 self you have to deny self this what else the scripture say and they they know his voice uh-huh and a stranger will they not follow they won't follow a stranger well who is the stranger see we can often look at that and think that the stranger is someone that's not saved but a stranger can be the the the the the leader that is saved but is off course 35:55 with god he's a stranger to the will of God he's a stranger to the purpose of God and whenever you are self-willed whenever you are determined to have your way and your agenda accomplished you're a stranger you're a stranger in the body of Christ and you have lost your value you have lost and it doesn't matter how much you do you can start missions you can feed the 36:25 poor the hungry those people that are hungry you can help the poor you can do all of that do all charitable things you can preach every Sunday every Wednesday every Friday and still be a stranger still be a stranger in the body why because God's purpose in the lives of his people is not your purpose in the lives of his people now let's go back here well read 36:55 read the rest of that but will flee from him okay they won't follow the stranger and they won't hang around him hello they don't hang around the stranger they flee they get away from that why because the purpose of God is not before them you know you know this you know what's really sad Saints leaders you know what's sad 37:24 when can I get that monitor back please what's really sad is when you can sit in church and don't see how you're ever going to fulfill your purpose in God you're watching everybody else do their thing you w you're sitting there watching the leaders whoever the leaders are and you have so much compacted In You by God and you're 37:54 sitting there wondering will I ever fulfill my purpose in God what is my purpose and and you'll have some things in you that will that that you'll that are just burning for you to do just burning for you to do glory to God it's it's like it's like a singer that is gifted to sing and they want to affect 38:24 the whole body with their singing with their the the the songs that God give them they write songs and they they want to you know affect the whole body they would like to bless the whole body of Christ with their music but that music is is confined to just that little church they allowed to get up maybe on a 38:55 Sunday morning and sing a song that they wrote that's it there's no Outlet there's no vision in that work for you as an individual there's no vision in that work for you as an individual do you know how devastating that is see I've I've been there I've lived that so I can talk about it I sat in the church 39:25 and there was no vision in that in Tradition there's no vision for you you're always working someone else's vision for themselves are you hearing God see real leadership real leadership always provides always provides a platform that allows your gift to make room for itself real leadership does that always provide a platform so that your gift can make room for 39:55 itself that's that's a big difference now watch this now when when when you're under leadership that makes provision are you hearing what I'm saying when you're under leadership that makes provision for your gift to make room for itself it creates a platform that makes that makes it possible for your gift to make room for itself it will make room 40:25 for you your gift will make room for you but that LE leadership is supposed to provide that platform are you are you working with me or show you how to mount yourself upon that platform and the difference is the the the difference now the the flip side of that is to be in a church where you're always working the 40:56 vision I have for me I'm the leader here I got a vision for me are you hearing me I have I have a vision for what I want to be but I need you to secure that Vision help me make that Vision come true my vision come true for me there's no such thing there's no such thing see the 41:26 scripture tell us without without a Vision the people perish right it wasn't supposed to be a vision that was just you uh uh the vision that the the leader has for themsel I can um let me give you an example before I came into God I was a businesswoman I know business I know how to make money in the 41:56 business world that's what I did for years right when when it would it was automatic for me to think when you get a building like this with all of these classrooms down here and a fellowship hall I look at this when when I was in the world I look at this if I had this building in the world oh 42:27 my God this building is going to pay for itself I'm going to make this building pay every room in there is going to be making money every room I'm going to make sure that every room in this this complex is making a dollar I'm going to have a restaurant in the fellowship hall glory to God Amen I'm going to 42:57 have a uh something a school that's going to make some money you know an academic School of some sort where where you know that's how I thought in the world whatever I'm going to I'm going to have I'm going to rent some of these offices out to to you know I'm going to rent fellow rent this this part out 43:27 for weddings and funerals and all of that you know I'm going to make money with it GL to God I'm going I'm going to know how to make money now if you now if I bring that mindset here right I bring that mindset into Ministry and now you have to be my 43:55 cook you may I want to cook you might want to be out there evangelizing H now when I first are you are you are you understanding what I'm saying you may be one of the best cooks in the ministry glory to God and there's nothing wrong because let me tell you something glory to God when I first came I said oh my God RJ and puka man the way 44:25 they be cooking over there in Indian Town Hallelujah that we got a fellowship hall here we can we can have uh turn that into a a little uh 4-Hour Day restaurant glory to God and and we could sell dinners out of there or breakfast out of there or whatever and there's nothing wrong with that if now if let's say RJ and puka was saying well I want to be 44:56 free to work Ministry I don't want to be on a job you know with Caesar I don't want to work Caesar's job I want to work something where I'm flexible and they say well they say well doc you know what 3 hours a day in you know for breakfast we'll we'll do that we'll do we'll work that three hours a day and that'll that'll sustain us that's a different 45:26 story but if now I'm going to make this if if I had the mind that okay I need to pay my bills so I'm going to go down and make that restaurant so I can pay my bills so I can pay my bills you're not working for Ministry you working for me you you you you understand what I'm saying and I'm now what's wrong with that what's the difference 45:56 what's what's what how do you measure the difference in the two what's the difference in the two let me show you what makes it evil because like I said there's nothing wrong now with having a restaurant at at your facility there's nothing wrong with that if if now are J and P they're evangelist right they're evangelist and but now let me let let me let me consider I will 46:27 minister in such a way to make them feel like my restaurant is something God has said for them to do that's when it becomes evil when when when come on are you are you hearing me when I make when I make them feel that they are they are somehow rebellious if they don't want to do it if if if if if they decide no I don't want to do 46:57 that I just feel like well I done did enough cooking I'm tired of cooking I don't want to cook no more but I make them feel as if they are walking in Disobedience and and um uh anti Vision the vision that God gave me for this ministry this is the vision God gave me for this ministry and if you're not willing to work it you need to check your 47:27 salvation you need to check where you stand with God and see we as Leaders can make you feel so so so guilty cuz we're Your Leader so we can make you feel so guilty for not doing what we want you to do and the second thing that's wrong with it is that what did I say I'm putting it there so that I could make some money to pay my 47:57 bills not necessarily that God made it a part of the vision it doesn't matter 49:28 as long as I am getting what I need and want and that's the advantage that leaders have in the lives of God's people that's our advantage we use the the the the position that God has given us in your life we use the fact that you love us we're in your heart God put us in your heart we use the fact that you trust us so anything we say 49:58 it must be coming from God we use that to get you to do what we want you to do that's what leaders do when they are off course with God when they have a vision and they need people they need people to help them realize that vision for that what you're doing you're doing it unto the Lord you're doing it unto the Lord and and and people will work tirelessly they will give it all they got and they're they're tired they're they're that leader has to give an account to God so what if you make a few dollars now what is that going to prosper you when you have to give an account to God for how you used his people how you how how leader having a problem with someone and blackballing them you know what blackball mean right suppressing them there are some people in this room that I've had some knockdown drag outs with but none intense they got glory to God no matter what you know who rose up you know glory to God it didn't matter none of those people can accuse Mary Banks of suppressing their Ministry if anything they they gift to bless the whole body of Christ are you are you but we tradition tradition says this my church and you're supposed to work this church this is my church anytime you start taking ownership of God's kingdom ownership of God's people you're already off of course the kingdom belongs to God the 54:01 people in the Kingdom belong to God are you are you working with me are you hearing God Saints amen so as Leaders don't even think about it don't even go there praise the 54:18 lord lord there's a scripture here that that just ties into what you're ministering preach it's in it's in Matthew chapter 9 UM and it this is when Jesus was looking at the multitudes we can go down to verse 37 Jesus was looking on the multitudes having compassion on them right and he says he said here then saith he unto his disciples the Harvest truly is plenteous but the laborers 54:48 are few mhm right so basically he's looking at the people and seeing the need the spiritual need right there we know Jesus he he has everybody's measure you know we may have gifts and roles but Jesus has a whole measure he has to reach everybody right right so he's looking at that that all these lost people and he's saying the Harvest is plenteous but the laborers are few I 55:18 have a vision to reach right people God has given me a vision to reach but currently the laborers are few right now look at the strategy he gives us in how to deal when we have a vision but have few laborers uh-huh the next verse it says pray ye therefore the lord of the Harvest that he will send forth laborers into the Harvest and so this is God saying 55:48 look if I give you a vision uhhuh if a vision is from me I will send the laborers amen you don't have to manipulate you don't have to force right right if you're in a situation where you you need help you need assistance God said pray God didn't say control God didn't say preach them into submission God said pray to me and I will send that's right you know 56:18 because that that that is so important cuz even like for for example I'm from Jamaica but I'm following Dr she go amen you know like she ended up in Florida I was in Texas I'm like what are you doing you know I'm supposed to be with you but even our relationship was based on God telling me to go and submit myself to my leader God say that again say 56:48 that again God our relationship is based on what it's based on what something God told me okay so God do didn't come to me and tell me what to do God to put it in my heart go and submit yourself go and follow her right so now I can come to her and say hey I'm a hand to help in the working of the vision that God has given 57:18 you and so my submission is still unto God even as I serve and assist her I don't feel like I'm being controlled by her amen right I feel even as I'm helping I feel like I'm fulfilling my purpose because because God had led me in that way but it's a whole different thing if she now manipulates me and forces me through spiritual words and and sermons and now gets 57:48 me to feel like I have to help her and God didn't necessarily tell me I may have had a passion to go and and do Bible studies or do evangelism but after to put that down by time she's finished working her her craftiness and now I'm serving but not fulfilled I'm serving but feeling stifled I'm serving but feeling like something is missing right and so um God gives us 58:18 he makes it plain he says I don't want you to control or manipulate people you don't know who I will send but pray to me and I will put it in people's hearts and they will just come yes pray he said he will send forth labor into the Harvest you'll open your eyes and certainly have help for the vision my God he will just send them and so this 58:48 is God giving us the strategy how to work Vision sent from him and that's and and Saints that's the um my God that's the key right there he's he's going to send laborers for the Harvest every one of you were given to me to get ready for the Harvest you know and and leaders please you leaders out there glory to God that are listening to this please listen to 59:19 me really good here you know when you seek to control God's people you offend the Holy Spirit when you seek to control God's people you're seeking to control the holy spirit in that person Kareem sitting right here next to me and he can he can bear witness of this when he came to submit God had given me a vision of him but he came and he submitted but ever 59:49 since he's been working with me there were things that God put in him to do God has told them do you did you hear what I 60:49 said they know that I know God and when I see Sunrise with Jesus when I saw it wow God has all kind of ways of reaching the people he want to reach and all of those ways were not given to me are you understand what I'm saying I may be the Apostle Apostle but I don't know every way God want to use to reach his people I didn't think 61:19 of interfere with the Holy Ghost don't interfere with what the Holy Spirit wants to do in someone's life back off if if you watching it and and you you're observing it and you see some things they need to tweak go and and and help them tweak it show them how to tweak it 62:49 and make it even better give them more resources to get it to you know to make it better don't come and try to change it or take it away from them or take over it or or make them feel like they are uh you didn't run that by me why God got need our permission he don't need our permission to use anybody are you working with me you didn't 63:19 run that by me because see one thing about these guys they always in order they always in order they are not operating out outside of order and they know and understand order they understand that you are not in order when you are unrighteous God may give you a righteous thing to do but you are unrighteous and the the the the the rule is there to protect you because when 63:49 and I and and and and I'm listening to my my pastor Minister some things and and and and my pastor was a great preacher he was a great preacher glory to God but there was a a a revelation of God that was that I knew was deeper than what I was hearing it was it was it it was 69:57 going beyond what I was hearing from from on that platform and I understood the revelation God was begin to give me some things that I that I hadn't wasn't hearing those traditional preachers that I that we were fellowshipping with none of them were ever preaching it they were not teaching it glory to God and I wanted so much to teach what God was giving me I wanted to teach it I I 70:27 and and and and in Tradition you got to be careful glory to God in Tradition because you start teaching now and teaching something different than what that Pastor is teaching or you're getting too many claps or too many amens too many Hallelujah glory to God then you know you're going to get shut down believe me I did I got shut down but anyway praise the Lord amen but I I think I 70:58 threaded that needle pretty good I you know I got shut down once I learned my lessons and I learned God had to God had to God had to really teach me how to thread that traditional needle so I learned really quick you know how to survive tradition but that longing was in me and that's what I see in so many people so many people in the church they have a longing to 71:28 to to bring to fruition or realization what it is God put in them they don't want to just sit here and look up at leadership and and I'm not talking about aspiring to get to the pull pit just aspiring to do whatever it is God called them to do may not even be in this pullit amen it's in the Harvest we in fact the the the the the the membership shouldn't be 71:58 striving just to get in this pull pit they should be striving to get inside of the Harvest to go out there amen and and and and affect those Souls that are waiting for someone to tell them the gospel of Jesus Christ so I was that soul I was that person that was hungry and thirsty for for Ministry I wanted to minister glory to God and and God started sending people to me 72:28 I had to counsel so in counsel I had to expound on some of the revelations God would giving was giving me and little old me glory to God God started sending uh husband and wives you know to me and it was never people that were in my church though it's always people outside of the church that people that I didn't didn't know they weren't in they weren't members of my church the 72:59 local church and I so that was a little outlet for me that was a little Outlet I started do but I knew that God wanted to do so much more with me can you imagine you know me now but can you imagine me with with Revelation the knowledge that I had sitting in Tradition and never being never ever being uh prompted to do what it is God had put in me look 73:29 what God has done and and and and I was very loyal I was very loyal I believe in loyalty I was very loyal to my traditional Pastor very loyal so loyal unto God had to take me out God had to take me out and he did it his way he did it his way and and and and my my my pastor and I we're friends to this day he's never had a 73:59 problem with me trying to snatch people out of his church or you know sneak around on the telephone with his members and all of that foolishness I never did none of that it just went on and did what God called me to do and he you know he gave me his blessings oh you know baby go ahead and look what has come about look what God has done amen church is all 74:29 over the place people walking in Christ it's not even about the number of churches it's about if if if it was only 10 people that I have brought to the spirit that's a blessing that's a blessing that's a blessing praise the Lord and so that is I want you to consider what is your role in the lives of God's people what is your role amen Define Your Role these these kind of 75:00 lessons should be able to help us Define our role what is our role in the lives of God's people as a leader because if you don't Define it in your own heart you'll allow people to worship you instead of God people will be working for you and and your vision things you want to do things you want to accomplish instead of God but let me tell you something about that if you 75:30 as Leaders hear me Body of Christ leaders in the body of Christ if you have people working to achieve your vision your vision for what you need what you want and and and supplement your income and all of that if you got people that are doing that don't you think God knows that you're taking people away from the thing that he put in them to do to do what it is you 76:00 need them to do don't think now that God is impotent in that matter because one day those people if if they really sheep now the goats will stay with you and they'll do it they'll do whatever whatever pleases you whatever pleases you but sheep want to please God sheep want to please God one day if you have any sheep in that if you got any sheep that you're working like that one 76:30 day they're going to wake up and realize I'm not working for God I'm working for a Taskmaster I'm not doing the thing that's in me to do for God you know that is worse than a person having a job in the world see that person in the world you working for that that you working for Caesar Caesar's is straightforward he's not he didn't manipulate you to work for him you went and 77:01 you applied and you ask him to give you a job but when you are in the church and you get manipulated into abandoning abandoning the thing that God placed in you to fulfill someone else's Desires in the name of ministry in the name of ministry forsaking the thing that God actually called you to do 77:27 that's dangerous that's dangerous for you and that's dangerous for whatever leader is doing that that's dangerous when you now will take the Holy Spirit you're going to manipulate him you're going to try to manipulate him in God's people and you're going to use the word see preachers use the word to get you to do what they want you to do they use the word to dump a lot of 77:57 guilt and condemnation on you if you don't do it that's what preachers do that are walking outside of the boundaries of the faith because they have one goal in mind and that is to accomplish their will that's why Satan can't repent that's why Satan glory to God will never change he has one goal in mind that is to accomplish his will and he will sacrifice you to get his 78:27 will done that's why it's good when God will give you pastors after his own heart amen that's what he said in Jeremiah didn't he he said I give you pastors after my own heart it's good when you are sitting on a pastor that has God's heart for you because if he doesn't have God's heart for you he is in it for himself and there are people that they may 78:57 not be gleaning money from you there are churches and I I want you guys to see this I want you to I want to Define what you're looking at there are churches that may have 10 people in it just 10 10 members and may have had 10 members for for almost 10 years five six seven eight years just 10 people leadership there are some leaders are satisfied with that 79:27 as long as they can tell those 10 people what to do as long as they can control those 10 people and as long as they can um they can they can say that they have a church and they are the monarchs of the church and they can go now and go to this this person over here church this pastor over here Church bring their little 10 people over there 79:57 and mingle with that Pastor over then they can sit up in the pull pit you know because they got a church they're the Monarch over that those 10 people and then they can go over here and swap money with this one over there amen and sit up in the in the in the the high seats among other Bishops and pastors and they are now the you know they're they 80:27 they they they they're feeding that thing that's not about money all the time it's about notoriety and being among you know the the the names and and the the the Bishops and the pastors other pastors and and I'm a pastor and or I'm a bishop and and just that notoriety of being doesn't matter whether you're producing what God demand that we produce just as long as I got these 80:57 10 people or 15 people that I can take and say this my church it's my church I got a church church but never even an inkling to stop and look in each one of those 10 people's lives and see what is it God wants to do with this person and facilitate that that is the responsibility of leadership clap your hands and tell him thank you 81:28 praise the Lord praise the pondering their own own Ministry pondering their gift right all right now um as Leaders like I'm just going to bring a scenario let's say there's an individual that um comes to you with um an idea comes to you as a leader with an 83:36 idea for Ministry to do something ministerial whether it's evangelism Bible study or whatever but you are as their leader you're aware of either the character issues um they don't understand the mystery as they should um they're novice or whatever uh but they have a a passion or they have something that they believe God is telling them to do um how how do you as a leader navigate that situation what's your role in that type of situation well you you named 84:06 several several possibilities there um if are novice or if they don't understand the mystery of Christ it would be better in a lot of instances for that if if they're trying to do something wherein they have to have the the knowledge of the mystery if they're novice in it they don't understand it it's better for them not to not to put themselves in that situation because they will do more damage than good they'll do more harm than good because if 84:36 they don't understand understand the mystery what are they going to teach and because everything that we teach the foundation of it is the mystery of Christ and if they don't really understand that then they really shouldn't be doing a lot of teaching they shouldn't be they shouldn't be put in a position to where they have to do a lot of teaching if they are novice they don't the scripture tell us don't put a novice up so we got that that 85:06 person has to wait until they mature either in the knowledge of the Lord or they mature uh in in character now you said that that that another op U operation is character issues well if they have character issues then my god um they are sending a mixed message because character flaws cannot be we think that they are hidden but they impede the anointing number one and number two people discern you when you how do I how do they let's deal 85:37 with the first thing I said they imped the anointing how so when we teach the word of God we're supposed to be teaching out of the the passion that is in US The Passion of the Holy Spirit the holy spirit is is going to work with us in Ministry when we have a lot of character issues a lot of flaws does that mean that the holy spirit will never work with me no it doesn't mean that because there might be 86:07 someone sitting there that the Holy Spirit wants to reach so at that point he's using you like he did the jackass like he did the rooster amen you just happen to be a vessel there that he can now reach that person but normally just normally speaking no that person should not be put up especially in a situation where the people that they are going to minister to are astute in the word if if if glory to God I've just mixed 86:37 two two scenarios there um you you were I was speaking about character but I actually went to the novice when you put a novice up and you and he's he's ministering to people that are student in the word he doesn't know where he's missing it at cuz he's a novice he doesn't know where he faltered in that in the Revelation he doesn't know that he doesn't understand that because he is a novice uh and he doesn't have the the fullness 87:07 of the revelation of Christ and so he's going to do a lot of damage he's going to do a lot of damage to his own Ministry um people tend to lose confidence when they when they find out you don't know what you're talking about they know more than you glory to God they tend not to want to listen to you and so you got to now rebuild that confidence you know so it's better if you're a leader and you have 87:38 that person in your in under your leadership then don't push them so fast don't push them so fast as relates to to to uh character issues there are times and I've seen this and I I Tred to to instruct a leader on this and they rejected it uh but they were pushing this individual too fast this individual has has issues with pride has issues with pride and pushing them into ordinations and and and up the up on Sunday mornings and 88:08 whatnot was just not good it just was not good it was not something the Holy Spirit wanted to happen that person needed needed more training that person needed to to deal with the the issues of Pride and and this uh that the the fact that they think that they know when they don't know they you know they they got that know it you know they know they just know but they don't really know and um they were just being pushed 88:38 too fast and and you could see it you could hear it and see it in their articulation when they did Minister the articulation would uh the way they articul ated it it it it it didn't reach they might be saying the thing that is true but it doesn't reach why because the Holy Ghost wasn't working the Holy Ghost wasn't working with the person so what they're saying even though they're saying the truth is not penetrating it's not it's not breaking 89:08 barriers amen um there's a difference in me sitting here ministering something maybe ministering the truth and you can you can agree with it because yeah oh yeah that's the truth you you know that you understand it so you're going praise the Lord yeah you know that but that doesn't mean that that truth actually pierced your heart penetrated broke that yoke that was in you that now causes you to change it just meant that you gave as sent to you heard 89:38 it and and and you just agreed with it where do where do we see this at we see this in churches I could think of think of church where where the pastor is is off course and but preaches the truth most of what what what that Pastor preaches may be the truth but it does not penetrate and change the people see see leaders are supposed to be the first partakers of the word right and there are two reasons people don't 90:09 change when they sitting up under certain leadership number one or maybe more than into but two I can think of number one if that leader is not walking in the message that he's preaching he or she is preaching if that leader is not walking and the people don't have an example before them and so that having no example can hinder change in you cuz you don't see how to do see that example is a howto there are many things that 90:39 I've experienced in my life negative things that have come up against me people have watched me go through those things and and when they get that trial in their life they say well now I watch Doc I watch how she handled that and this is what she did and they just do what they saw me do and they come out a winner in that trial uh when they don't have when you don't have a leadership that is walking in that 91:09 message then you don't have that howto that's that's one of the how-to you don't have number two if that leader is is not walking in what he's what they're preaching then now the holy spirit is not working with that individual what they're preaching is the truth and they can preach it with a lot of theatrics and a lot of Moaning groaning yelling screaming and all of that they can preach a word with the organ behind them and the people get 91:39 up running holling and running around the church screaming and everything but it will not that same truth will not penetrate those yolks in those people's lives to destroy those yolks so that the people will change it doesn't destroy those yolks why because the the anointing is not working with the person that's preaching the message that's that's you can have a church full of folk and the pastor's off and you never see the the people are off too you never see 92:10 the people change the people don't come to Holiness even though they may be preaching truth some truth glory god but you never see the people come to that truth because the anointing is not destroying the yolks in their lives that keep them from coming to 92:31 it there's a question online it says what if a leader says God said but in your heart you get a check that it's not God do you confront him or her or leave it up to God well it depends if the leader is talking to me if they're if if a person is talking to me me and I know that what they're saying is not God then I have to say I just can't agree with that 93:01 it doesn't matter I mean leader leader the word the term leader has has become an insulation we treat the word leader like that person is insulated from truth from being conf from being confronted with truth in other words most people think that if a leader says something and you know if a Leader's talking to you and and you know that that that's not God why you don't think you have the right to say to that leader 93:31 my spirit just does not agree with that my spirit just doesn't agree with that if you know that that's not God they're saying something that you know that is not not God you have the right to say I I just don't believe that that's God they can call you rebellious they can call you whatever but the burden of proof is on them not you they're the leader they're supposed to convince you and and and when your 94:01 spirit tells you differently like I I I had a person to tell me I know God did told me to do this right this da d da and I had no more conversation for that person because if you know God said it and then somebody else tell you you know God told you to do something and then somebody else tell you not to do it if you don't respect God you're not going to respect me so 94:31 what am I going to tell you because God already told you and you didn't respect him and that's where the scripture comes into play you have to despise mother father sister brother husband wife brothers and sisters oh man even your own life and if you can't do that you can't be his disciple so if if if I'm talking if if I'm talking to someone and and and or if I'm the member and that and my leader 95:01 is talking to me and I know it's something that that God is not saying I know God is not saying that and I have the right to say I just don't believe that's God I'm sorry I just don't believe it's God and if it is God has to show me that that I am wrong but you don't just accept something just because a person got a title leader you know it it's like leader now insulates us 95:31 from even questioning or even even stating that it's not God you know the word leader keeps us keep it puts a gag on us no like I I had to I had to confront my leader one day and I I said I said um I said you have a problem I I said you've been teaching this about women wearing earrings and stuff like that to church jewelry to church I said there's no scripture on that there's 96:01 you don't have scripture that forbids that forbids women to wear earrings you're you're you're wearing um you're you're wearing you just told us how much your your your bracelet cost your watch cost the Indian head you're wearing around your neck cost you just you just told us about $112,000 wor a jury you have but you but now you could you I'm going to hell for wearing a a pair of earrings that only cost me $1.98 and 96:31 you got you just told me you got $112,000 worth of jewelry on and you know what he I said you just have a problem with women been wearing jewelry church he say yeah that's right that's right missionary make my church look like a old Baptist Church I said but you can't preach that as Sin just because you got a problem with it that you don't have scripture that God got a problem with it but you're preaching 97:01 it as Sin that's wrong that's wrong you're preaching your will not God's will to the people someone else had a question yes ma'am um being in Tradition like you said um I've come from similar places like that so speaking to that or your experience of coming out of it for such a long time how how would you explain that experience of coming out of that uh tradition or like where you said um you know hearing the 97:31 voice of God and knowing that he knows his sheep and they know his voice and you're moved to a place where you hear truth and it illuminates you how do you like can you speak to that experience of coming out of tradition for 15 years and being when I when uh I was as you said I was in Tradition for a good 15 years and when God the unique thing about my experience was that I was 98:01 called to Ministry okay I was I was ministering in in Tradition but I but having been called to Ministry and coming when God called me out of tradition he taught me his word he taught it to me and I UND I I had this experience with his word and when you have an experience with God's word that's God in the beginning the word was with God and the Word was God so when you have that experience 98:31 with God's word you experiencing in God and that experience meant more to me than anything tradition could ever do God that when God make an impression on you with his word there's there's nothing the enemy can do to to um you know to to counteract that influence amen you have to do it yourself you have to abandon the truth that you hear and just go back in willingly go back into tradition it's just it's just like 99:01 if a person tell me say well God told me to do this and then someone else says not to do it or or or or uh no but this is what God is saying and but you know in your heart that's what God Said and you know that's the truth CU one thing about truth it Bears witness with your spirit it Bears witness so I don't even entertain going back into that why would I even entertain 99:31 it I I if God if if I'm hearing truth why would I even go and sit up on that anymore what is it I want I'm looking for something else I don't really want to give myself completely over to the truth that I'm hearing if I'm constantly going back into that sitting up under that you know listening to that why am I listening to it if God has freed me and I know where I'm getting the 100:01 truth I wouldn't even want to what did the scripture say you flee my sheep hear my voice and they flee they flee from strangers they don't and and a stranger is that which is speaking something that is not the voice of God and so I see a lot of people they they come over here and they they get a little bit of the truth glory to God but they they they they still flirt with tradition they 100:31 go back and forth flirting with tradition flirting with tradition that's somebody that's not ready to fully embrace the truth that they're hearing when you ready to fully embrace the truth that you're hearing then you forget about tradition you glad God freed you from it I was I was completely glad I was so happy Glory to God I was free from that and I could serve god with no impediments and my God Amen I was liberated Liberty 101:01 feels good it feels good to walk in the liberty of the faith glory to God and so I I question I I question you know when if if God is indeed speaking why do I want to hear something that's not God I don't I don't I don't even turn on stuff on the on on Facebook or or YouTube that I noce not God I I don't want to hear that so that's the experience I 101:32 had anyone else any question any other questions online Okay um this question says in the beginning you mentioned the importance of hearing and having fellowship with God to to direct you as a leader uhhuh what is the difference between a leader that can only only take a person so far versus a leader with a lack of Fellowship what is the um would you would you please read that again sure in the beginning you mentioned 102:02 the importance of hearing and having fellowship with God to direct you as a leader what is the difference between a leader that can only take you so far versus a leader with a lack go Fellowship the difference between a leader that can oh okay that leader that can only take you so far is due to their lack of knowledge they've come to the to as far as their knowledge or their skill will take them 102:32 their measure they've come to their measure in your life uh but their hearts are pure they will acknowledge that and their hearts are pure as opposed to a leader that what what is the other the opposite of that a a leader that likes fellowship with god um if a person La is is is lacking fellowship with God there's got to be a number of reasons why uh they're lacking Fellowship either they're not giving themselves 103:03 to that Fellowship uh or they they're they're entertaining something that's not God they're entertaining some they they their preference is to entertain something that's not God and because of that they may even have the skill SK set to take you further but because they have no fellowship with God they're not hearing from God what to do in your life to take you further because they're not in Fellowship they may have that skill set but 103:33 they're but because they are preferring Darkness there're some they're they're giving themselves over to Darkness they're not really hearing God say okay this is what you need to do in Prime's life this is what you need to do in leticia's life this is what you need to do and Daniel they're not hearing God they're not hearing because they're not fellowshipping and and it doesn't mean that they out there committing fornication or adultery or whatever 104:03 they they may be right there in their own home entertaining Darkness right there in their house their thoughts could be dark you understand what I'm saying do you all understand what I'm saying you see if you if you if you're if you entertain Darkness why why why would not be in fellowship with God I have a preference for something other than light that that anything other than light is Darkness it's just like a person 104:34 will want want to want to work all kind of ministry but sit up and watch R-rated movies know how do you how do you want God working how do you expect God to work with you to go out it and in the world and minister to rapists and and H mongers and and fornicators and liars and extortioners and you know people out there in the world when that's what you're being entertained by you know 105:04 you enjoy watching that you enjoy watching you know elicit you know sex acts and stuff you know barrated movies and stuff why would you enjoy that and then think God is going to work with you out in the streets when those are the people you you you're supposed to be delivering so you entertain that Darkness but at the same time you feel but I'm a minister I'm a minister and I I I'm supposed to 105:34 be out there and I'm supposed to be out there doing I'm supposed to be doing doing doing doing what doing what because you prefer Darkness than fellowship with God you'd rather be entertained by Darkness than than just sitting down praying and sitting before God and getting in the word and entertaining God we'll spend hours on Facebook or on on on what that thing is Tick talking and all of that stuff you know and instead 106:04 in instead of God that stuff is addictive you get on there you got shut that stuff off and but now we want to do we want to be so such Warriors out there you know but I got Ministry in me I got Ministry in me no you don't you're forfeiting it you don't have no power you have no power real Ministry has power in it have no power you have no fellowship with God question 106:35 this is from one of the youth how do you know it's God speaking and not your conscience not your what well if your conscience is speaking that is God it's if you're born again if you're born again and your conscience is speaking to you that is God God speaks to us through our conscience our that's that's another word for Spirit he speaks to us through our spirit the Holy Ghost speaks to our spirit which 107:05 is our conscience that's why he said if your conscience doesn't condemn you then you know he's greater than you know if your heart don't if you he say if your heart don't condemn you right didn't he say if your heart don't condemn you he's greater than your heart 107:26 I'm sorry yeah your heart don't condemn you then neither does 107:35 God question you have another one um this is directed at do was your transition out of trans tradition sudden or gradual how do you know that God oh there there are more than one the first one is was your transition out of tradition sudden or was it gradual was my transition out of 108:05 tradition sudden or gradual 108:09 um let me see how to answer that I would more lean toward sudden because one day I was just driving down the street and God says I want you to start a church in for ladale and I I said okay well what am I going to do with it and I was afraid to but I did it I obeyed it because I knew it was God I knew it was God I had no aspiration to 108:39 start a church but I knew it was God and so I would say that was instant that was that was you know sort of you know right there I I answered the call however when I did do what God told me to do when I did start a church amen I still I still had some the the residue of tradition in me cuz that's that's all I knew and so I tried to preach the way 109:09 that I heard them preach and I just couldn't do it my lungs wouldn't hold up I couldn't do it amen but I thought that's what I had had to do I had to be like like what I heard what I had been and so for that I I I had to trust it took me a little bit not a long time but I I realized you got to trust being you doing it the way God 109:39 give it to you and so I I eventually I I did that so I would say was sudden because I'm I'm the person that once I know something is God I don't TR with it when I know it's God I don't I don't like some people they just you know just I don't know where all these issues come from I don't know where all these all that stuff come from if if it's if I know 110:09 it's God how do I know it's God my spirit tells me it Bears witness God said whatever he tells us the word truth will bear witness with our spirit either that's the truth or it's a lie and God will never be a liar so now if I hear something I know it's God or it's not God so if I know it's God why would I question it why would I chide with it why would I 110:40 even go consult with flesh and blood about it I just obey it I just obey it and I've always been like that because God saved me proving that he speaks and that he does what he say he's going to do I read in Scripture to him I said God your scripture says this and according to this scripture then you were supposed to do this in me and he did it the next day he did it 111:10 so he he confirmed my salvation through the word of God he let me know through my salvation that he couldn't lie so if I know it's God where where is the controversy why am I second guessing why do I need to discuss it with someone why do I need to ah uh and if I can't hear God if I'm not sure it's God then I need somebody to teach me where am I off at why 111:40 can't I hear God why don't I know it's God if you're there then you need my book hearing God volumes 1 and 111:50 2 just thought I'd say that 111:55 got another question oh these people are really oh Lord I thought I was getting away tonight one of them is how do you know that God has truly forgiven you oh wow H I would say the the greatest attribute of forgiveness is peace when God forgives you you got peace you don't have that condemnation you you know and you just you 112:25 know God God looks at a pure heart when you seek God earnestly glory to God and you ask God to forgive you out of a pure heart God just does it and that just ends it he don't care he don't care what somebody else think about it he don't care what their opinions are about it he doesn't care about under that 112:55 stuff and he gives you peace and if nobody else has forgiven you it's all right you got peace with God and he'll bear you up any other 113:10 question this one says I was once a Sunday school teacher and had a fall in my life that what fall okay I stepped down because I didn't want to mislead lead the children I was told God was going to get me because I was appointed was I wrong 113:35 Apostle well I think that in a situation like that okay had a fall and I stepped down because I didn't want to mislead the children okay I think think that that depends on the situation I don't think that that has a cut and dry answer across the board answer I think it depends on the situation uh what what what was the fall and 114:05 was the fall made public was was it fall made public um because there are different ways to deal with different issues you know and and and um and uh and there also is repentance see see God if I repent for real I'm forgiven for real the moment I Repent if I repent for real then I'm forgiven for real now there may be some 114:36 consequences there may be some Fallout there may be some Fallout and if it's if if my leaders can see that that there's go if they're trying to to uh protect the Fallout they're trying to head off the Fallout and in in in guiding me into stepping down for a season if to to um to initiate some barriers against Fallout but we are talking 115:06 about children then that's that's an issue so that's why I can't just give a cut and dry answer to that it depends on the situation the nature of the sin the whether the sin is public or you know it's just a lot of factors there and not only that the the way you step down cuz sometimes it's the way we step down does 115:36 more damage than the sin itself especially if one has already repented and see I'm um because in essence someone can be ministering today have a fall and they can set themselves down right and they can sit down but they have actually repented and been forgiven by God when a person has actually repented and been forgiven by God what penalty do we inflict on 116:06 them if God has not inflicted penalty why would we inflict more penalty like I I would say to a person I I'm looking for fruit I'm looking for the fruit because once you bring forth the fruits of repentance now you valuable I don't need you sitting down I need you working now I need you working I just want want I just want to 116:37 make sure you bring forth the fruits of repentance once I see the fruit the real fruit of repentance you're valuable now I don't need you sitting sitting down you you you understand what I'm does anybody understand what I'm saying so and and and and and you bring that person back to the Forefront and people will say oh that you know that person was 117:07 only out a week or two or whatever so maybe that's what that maybe that's how long it took God to bring them to repentance y'all understand what I'm saying cuz that gift is too valuable to be throw over there in the corner somewhere for a year or two come on that that's man's way that's not God's 117:36 way I just don't want people to frustrate the grace of God in that sometime people will frustrate the grace of God in that right yes okay just for the sake of asking when it is confirmed in your spirit that it is God and you know for sure that it is God how do you deal with leaders who always question it because it's not their way is not their way well I just think that that you 118:06 have to know assuredly it is God because one thing about God he vindicates his word if he say something he going to prove he said it it's going to be exactly like he said it or he's going to prove he did not say it so if it it doesn't matter I it doesn't matter if you're dealing with leaders or non-leaders or who if you just open your mouth and say God said for me to do 118:36 this or God said for me to do that glory to God and it's going to prove out whether God said it or not cuz if he said it it's going to happen if he didn't say it it's not going to uh-uh you just talking 118:58 that's it praise the Lord amen are you blessed let's tap our hands and tell God thank you praise the Lord praise God and Saints let me just give a word of caution be careful saying God said it because if if you say God said something and he didn't say it you tell you're saying calling God a liar you're making God out to be a liar so Tanya wrote she says membership should not be afraid of their leaders and leaders should not want members to fear them and that is oh my God that is so prevalent we're going to talk about that tomorrow that is so prevalent in the body of Christ leaders want people to fear 120:21 them it's it's not like it goes past respect we're supposed to respect our leaders but we're not supposed to fear them do you understand what I'm saying not supposed to fear people we fear God we may fear the god in the person we're supposed to respect leaders and have referential uh respect for leaders but to be afraid when am I afraid of my leader I'm afraid 120:51 when I'm tell you a real good manifestation of it when I know God has said something and my leader says something different and I obey the leader I fear the leader more than I do God yeah I fear what the leader is saying more than God CU if I ever open my mouth and testify God told me this God told me to do this and then 121:22 my leader come and say no you do this over here don't do that I fear that leader more than I Fear God and that is going to be proven God is going that there's a conse there's a real consequence for that and everybody doesn't survive those consequences some people don't survive it they get hard-hearted and they end up not being able to get back to God 121:52 so it's dangerous when when you fear a leader more than you fear God very 122:02 dangerous it didn't it I wouldn't care if Gabriel blew nine out of heaven and come and told me something that I know to contrary to what that Bible say I said gabri you need to keep flying keep flying that message that message wasn't for me go tell that to somebody else I tell Gabriel that why because the scripture tell me to if an angel come didn't he say that teaching any other Doctrine uhuh you don't listen to that you don't 122:32 listen to it and you don't fear that don't you know that we'd have been in good shape if if if Adam had a rebuke the serpent if he rebuked him instead of listening to his wife we'd have been in good shape now amen nobody know he would Adam would if Adam would have built a wall around that tree and and put some electricity find $5,000 amen so I can take care of that and the other things that we have to take care of we need to take care of that and uh one of our churches is in need of help glory to God one of our churches is in need of help and and they got a event events that's coming 124:32 up praise the Lord and and they you know the church the church got to have some repairs done glory to God and they've asked they they come to the to the global Ministry and said we need some help so please that's why I say if we can if we can come up with about three or four I'd say about $45,000 we can do all of that we can take care of Africa we can take care of the church in need 125:02 help and we can pay some bills amen so please if I'm I'm you know I'm asking those of you that always work with me and
