All board presidents and officers are appointed to these positions for a one-year term, unless extended by the Senior Pastor, and are expected to submit in all areas to the counsel, guidelines and directives of Bible Teachers International Ministries.
The Chief Apostle - appoints the International members of the board.
The Senior Pastor - appoints the local members of the board.
THE INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT Is responsible for:
• Assisting the Senior Pastor in establishing a PSA Board at their location.
• Training the International Vice President and all the Local Presidents of the PSA board.
• Informing the Senior Pastor, the International Vice President and the Local President of new policies or changes in policies made by the Chief Apostle. Must also make those additions or changes to the auxiliary manuals and forward the changes to the locations.
• Overseeing the boards spirituality, internationally, by periodically conducting transmittals, shut-ins and prayer sessions in submission to the Senior Pastor.
• Maintaining a close working relationship with the Local Pastorate.
• Ensuring that the Local Presidents have a comprehensive understanding of the PSA Manual, its operations, duties and responsibilities and are able to effectively minister it to the board members.
• Overseeing the PSA responsibilities at all International Functions (conferences, fast tracks, gathering of the sons, etc.). Must communicate all function particulars to the Local Presidents and ensure that rostered duties are submitted to the locations in a timely manner.
• Maintaining contact with the MBM Global Conference Team prior to, as well as during conferences/ functions.
THE INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the International President by:
• Assisting the International President in the fulfillment of his/her duties.
• Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the International President in his/ her absence.
THE LOCAL PRESIDENT
Is responsible for:
• Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the International President.
• Training each member in the guidelines, policies and responsibilities stated in the auxiliary manual. It is the responsibility of the president to ensure that each auxiliary member has a thorough understanding of their natural and spiritual responsibilities as a PSA.
• Assisting the Senior Pastorate with the spiritual development of each auxiliary member by conducting shut-ins, transmittals, and prayer sessions regularly as stated in the auxiliary manual.
• Supporting the local Pastorate spiritually and naturally as stated in the auxiliary manual.
THE LOCAL VICE PRESIDENT
Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the Local President by:
• Assisting the President in the fulfillment of his/her duties.
• Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence.
THE SECRETARY Is responsible for:
• Working in submission to the Senior Pastor, the Local President and the Local Vice President of the auxiliary.
• Recording and keeping copies of minutes for meetings and the attendance of each member.
• Keeping records of materials that pertain to the auxiliary.
• Maintaining contact with and communicating information to each member of the board.
THE TREASURER Is responsible for:
• Working in submission to the Senior Pastor, the Local President and the Local Vice President of the Auxiliary.
• Overseeing the financial matters that pertain to the auxiliary. All expenditures must be authorized by the Local President. Keep proper and complete records of all collected dues. Keep proper and complete records of what dues are used for. Keep accurate account of all funds collected and spent for uniforms, supplies, food, etc.
