Walking in True Sonship

The time to hear what God is saying is now. God is taking His time with us. We are a favored people. God has favored us to bring us into His knowledge in such a time as this. Jesus has called us to be where we are. He paid that price.

Many times it is hard for us to praise Jesus because this revelation has not hit home yet. As sons, when we hear the Word of God we know whether it is from God or not. But that which we know has to become life in us. We cannot doubt His Word because the words He speaks unto us are spirit and life. God is not talking to our flesh. He is speaking to our spirits. It is the only part of us that can comprehend what He is saying. Our spirit comprehends it before our flesh even acts upon it. That is why we know it even though sometimes we will say, “There is something missing.” But that thing we have attributed to be missing is the action of the flesh but that is not what makes us sons of God. We are sons of God whether it is being manifested through the flesh or not. God has given us the power to walk in the Spirit; to walk as the sons of God..

God is teaching us how to walk in the knowledge of who we are. The enemy is always trying to stop the progression of God. However, he cannot stop it, he can only hinder. The enemy can slow us down and cause us to lose ground, but God knows how to redeem the time. We cannot stop what God has already started because He is already finished. We need to understand this. God is bringing us into the knowledge of what He has already finished. This is why it is so important that we hear the Word. As we come forth, the knowledge of the truth is bringing us to the manifestation of what God accomplished from the foundation of the world.

This is what it means to be in Christ:

1. TO BE IN A FINISHED AND COMPLETED WORK.
2. WE ARE AS THE MASTER

St. Matthew 10:24-28

24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Pay special attention to verse twenty-five. It tells us that it is enough for the servant to be as the master. The emphasis is on, “It is enough . . .” Jesus is telling us that it is enough for us to be as He is. We are not greater than He, but it is enough for us to be as the Master. In light of everything we will encounter in this life, God has determined we have enough within us to handle whatever we are confronted with. We should never feel as if we are insufficient in anything He allows us to be confronted with because God has said in His Word that it is enough for the servant to be as the Master. God sets the boundaries for everything that comes unto us. He has already determined that we will not be tempted above that which we are able to bear, for with every temptation He has provided a way of escape. But it is enough for us to be as the Master.

TO BE IN CHRIST IS TO BE AS THE MASTER. To be in Christ is to be as Christ is.

1St. John 4:17

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world.

The term used is “as He is” not as He was. “As He is,” fits every generation of the Body of Christ. He was what He was in the day of the apostles but He is what He is in the sons of God today. And as He is, so are we in this earth. It is enough for the servant to be as the master but we have not seen this in the light that Jesus wants us to see this in. He wants us to know we have enough.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD

In essence, Jesus has nothing else to give us. WE ARE COMPLETE IN HIM. The son of God, when he is born,

is a babe as it relates to knowledge. Everything he is capable of doing is in him. It is just a lack of knowledge which keeps him from performing. Since God has declared that it is enough for us to be as the Master, He has to make sure we know who the Master is, how elaborate He is and what power He has. In other words, He is responsible for bringing to us the knowledge. Without the knowledge, the sons cannot operate. We will be limited in the manifestation of who we are. When we are born into Christ we are complete in Him. Colossians substantiates this.

Colossians 2:6-8

6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Men have the tendency of teaching us after the rudiments of this world, with philosophies that are vain because they do not include the knowledge of Christ. Paul is giving us a measuring stick to let us know how to judge whether we are being given the knowledge of Christ or just vain philosophies. The knowledge of Christ says that we are complete now. We are not trying to reach completeness, but are complete now. Even with the lack of knowledge, we are still complete. We just do not know we are complete. We must see the Word of God just as it is. The Thessalonians did not hear the epistles that Paul wrote as just another letter but saw it as God speaking through the Apostle Paul directly to them.

I heard someone ask, what would it be like to walk three days with Jesus? What would our lives be like just spending time with Him and have Him instruct us? Well, God has left a record of His instructions. He allowed men to write down those things that were necessary for our development.

Colossians 2:9-17

9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holy day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Paul’s whole concern in this letter to the Colossians was, “Don’t let man deceive you. Don’t let man cheat you out of your inheritance.” We need to put our eyes back on God’s Word. We have settled for men’s doctrines. His Word is the account that He has left for us. This is His life story and the way He operated. We are to do as Jesus did when He found Himself in the volume of the book . . . He began to walk in it. We are to find ourselves in what God said that we are and begin to walk there. God has set in the Body apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, the edification of the Body of Christ, until we all come into the unity of the faith and in the unity of the knowledge of the Son of God.

Ephesians 4:11-13

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

God desires for us to be brought to the same level of knowledge that we might know who we are. God desires this for the Body of Christ because He has declared that to be as the Master, is enough. But if we do not know that we are as He is, then we will not know He has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts.

Galatians 4:6

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

The Spirit of the Son is the life of the Son. Therefore, if we have the life of the Son, then so are we as the Son. It was necessary for God to send forth the Spirit of His Son (the Holy Ghost) so that we could be made like unto the Son. We need to know that we are just as the Son. We can deal with and overcome every negative circumstance, situation and relationship with which we are faced.

We must accept the fact that we are as Jesus is in this earth. Accepting this will alleviate the fear, doubt and the stress we feel concerning the situations and circumstances of our lives. What was it that caused the apostles to continue to walk in all that God said they were? They settled the issue that who they were was not based upon what they did. Who they were, was based upon what Jesus did and what He had accomplished. The apostles walked with the knowledge that they were sons of God and they did not allow anything to deter them from that.

God is trying to bring His Church back to that mindset. Until we do, we will not walk in the power and the freedom that God has given to His Sons. Right now, wherever we are naturally or spiritually, we are complete in Him. He is not just speaking about the apostles, prophets or pastors, but to everyone who is in the Body of Christ. We can preach this until Jesus comes back, but until we take this to ourselves we will remain where we are. WE MUST TAKE THE WORD OF GOD PERSONALLY. We must believe that we are everything He said we are. If this Word is not worth everything, then it is not worth anything. But if it is worth anything, then it is worth everything.

WE ARE ONE WITH THE FATHER

God’s Word is His account that He left for the sons of God. Jesus said that the words He speaks are spirit and life and whether we are saved (by the indwelling of the Holy Ghost) or not, the spirit of the man can hear God’s words. The spirit knows when God speaks His Word. Now that we are the sons of God the word is written in our hearts. We can now walk in this Word. This is our inheritance. As we read the epistles, written by the apostles, every one of them declared that they were in Christ Jesus. Similarly, Christ is in us and we are in Christ.

Every prayer documented that Jesus prayed is necessary and has significance for our spiritual development. There was one time that Jesus prayed and He said that He was not praying for Himself, but was praying for the ones who would hear the prayer, that they would know the Father sent Him (St. John 11:42).

Jesus wants us to know that what He prayed in this prayer was done, it was accomplished. In the scriptures below, Jesus makes reference to the fact that we are one. He emphasizes oneness. He asks the Father to cause us to know that we are one, that there is no difference between the servant and the Master. Once we understand this, we will know that we have all we need.

St. John 11:11-14

11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

If God has declared that the servant is as the Master, then in every way that He is treated we should be treated the same way. If the world treats us different than the Master, then He left off giving us something that He has. If we find that the world is not treating us like they treated the Master, then we are not walking as He walked. Therefore, we are not manifesting His life. And there are many reasons why we are not manifesting it. One reason may be from a lack of knowledge. Another reason may be because we have truly sat down and counted up the cost and are not sure if we want to pay that cost. However, we must understand that despite the reasons, God has not fallen short of giving us everything we need to handle whatever we are confronted with. He has given us everything that pertains to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). When we begin to walk in who we really are the world will hate us. Nevertheless, our joy will be full. This is our destiny . . . that the servant is as the Master. He was not of this world, nor are we.

St. John 17:15-23

15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.

19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

WE ARE THE GLORY OF GOD

The very same glory Jesus walked in, God gave to us. He does not want us to think it robbery to walk in the very same glory that Jesus walked in. We cannot allow our minds to tell us that we are touching the glory of God because we are the glory of God. What has happened to us is that God has told us who we are and when we walk in sonship we are mindful of the mindset, “be careful not to touch the glory of God.” This mindset has haunted us, but God wants us to know that He has given us the very glory He gave unto Jesus. And God did not violate His scripture in Isaiah when He said He would not give His glory to another, because we are not another . . . WE ARE ONE WITH GOD. This is what God wants us to see. This has to be in our mind and we have to know this. We must walk in the knowledge that we are one with the Father. We are not touching the glory of God, we are the glory of God! When we show up the kingdom of God shows up.

When Jesus sent the apostles forth, He told them to preach that the Kingdom of God had come nigh thee. But we have a different testimony. The Kingdom of God is not only nigh unto us, but with us and when we show up the Kingdom of God is there. And wherever the Kingdom is, the King is there and He will deal with whatever is set before Him. There was nothing that intimidated Jesus. He dealt with everything that was set before Him. The enemy may intimidate us because we think we are “touching the glory of God” and we always have to be mindful that we stay in the Spirit, but we are in the Spirit because to be in Christ means to be in the Spirit and as we walk, we walk in the glory of God. He is waiting for that glory to be manifested. We need only walk in who we are.

St. John 17:22-23

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

The above verses must become life to us. If Jesus had failed to give us anything less than what He had, we would not be one. The perfection He speaks of in verse 23 is the perfection He speaks about in Ephesians. He wants us to come into the oneness of the knowledge that we are one. The mode we operate in is determined by the knowledge that we have. And God is charging us to walk in the knowledge that we have received. To whom much is given much is required.

Jesus wants us to know that there is no difference between us and Him. The same glory given to Jesus that gave Him an audience with God is the same glory given to His sons that they can have the same audience with the Father. Jesus spoke these things in the ears of the apostles so that they might go forth in boldness of who Christ is in them. This was exemplified throughout their lives. Every time God manifested Himself through the apostles they always attributed the work to the Son of God. Remember, it is those who do righteous that are righteous. For those who have the knowledge and walk in that knowledge there is a manifestation of that knowledge. Let's consider what Jesus said at the tomb of Lazarus:

St. John 11:40-42

40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

We have determined that believe is a verb that denotes action, therefore we must act on what we believe. Knowledge goes beyond belief. Belief is an expectancy, it is a hope and a desire to see something manifested. But knowledge is, after we have had the belief and had the manifestation of it, we know it now. EVERYTHING WE ARE IS ALREADY IN US. Paul said we have the mind of Christ. The knowledge is there. It is present.

WALKING IN THE SUPERNATURAL

1 Corinthians 2:9

But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Here, a distinction has been made. It has not entered into the hearts of men those things God has prepared for those who love Him, but it has entered into the heart of the sons. If we try to perceive those things from the eyes, ears and hearts of men we will miss it, even though it is there.

1 Corinthians 2:10

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

The Spirit searches everything in God. Those things that we call deep are common to Him. The same God who is God of the natural is God of the supernatural. He does not become any more excited about performing the supernatural as He does the natural. It excites us, but He wants us to get to the place where the supernatural is just as common as the natural. God wants us to become truly as He is. He does not become excited about the supernatural, it just happens. When His standard is met, that is it. That is who He is. So when we show up, we should expect God to show up. It should be common for the sons of God to walk and expect God to show up.

1 Corinthians 2:10

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Our spirit man knows that God is real. The Holy Ghost took the past and brought it to the future and took the future and brought it to the present. He is the one who is bearing witness with our spirit man. The conscience is the knower. The conscience is the co-perceptor, He perceives both God and man. The Spirit of God came in and brought the knowledge of God in and the knowledge that it is futuristic is now present.

A good illustration of this is when man first went to the moon. Every person in America stopped what they were doing and focused on, at that time, what was considered “a miracle.” But now, when they send spaceships to the moon, we may never hear about it until they come back. It is old news. The knowledge of how to send man to the moon was always there, God just did not allow it to manifest until a certain time. The knowledge of everything that God is, is in us. We look at men going to the moon now and it is not hard for us to perceive. What used to be miraculous has now become common. So what God is saying to us is, what we have determined now to be miraculous, know it to be common. Everything we determine to be supernatural, we attribute it to God. But His Word tells us that as He is, so are we. But we are still mesmerized by the supernatural.

This proves that we do not believe His Word. It should be common to us to see anything supernatural happen. This is the place we need to come to. We defeat ourselves before we start. We leave wondering, hoping and knowing God can do it but doubting that He will do it through us. Everything we are, God had to make us that. We bring flesh on the scene, but the mind we need to have is that when we show up, the Kingdom of God has showed up. Flesh just takes the Kingdom of God to where it needs to be. When we do not believe that God will work through us, we exalt flesh.

EVERYWHERE WE GO WE SHOULD EXPECT AND KNOW GOD IS GOING TO SHOW UP.

1 Corinthians 2:12-15

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Philippians 3:16

Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

This is the leverage God has allowed for the development of the sons of God. He holds us accountable for that which we have attained.

1 John 2:20

But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

THE ANOINTING TEACHES US ALL THINGS

1 John 2:27

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

The anointing is responsible for teaching us the measure of God we are to walk in. God gave us His Spirit so we can know the things that are freely given to us of God. There is a principle attached to this:

St.Mark 4:24

And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

We cannot be given more until we walk by that rule we have already attained. We want to jump from where we are to where we want to go. We have to walk into the anointing. THE ANOINTING IS THE MANIFESTATION OF THE POWER OF GOD ON THE SCENE. Those things that God has showed to us in His Word we must walk in that degree. As we walk there, the greater anointing comes and as we walk there another anointing comes and so on. We may not be able to see the end of the spectrum but we can see twenty feet off. As we walk that twenty feet, we can see another twenty feet and before long, we will be in the fullness of where God desires to take us. We want the anointing to rest upon us. If we do not walk in the anointing that lies within us, it lies dormant.

THE SONS ARE JUDGED BY NO MAN

God will show us what to do and then we start to consider men’s opinions. Whether or not they are going to receive us, or how we may be perceived after we do what God told us to do. We go into a thought war when God just wants us to walk in the anointing. We have to walk over our flesh, our fleshy mind and the fleshy mind of others, and into the mind of Christ. The perception of others does not determine where we are in God. God told Jeremiah not to look upon their faces and to only consider that He had put His Word in him. God has given us a greater testimony because He has put Himself in us.

Jeremiah 1:8

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.

We may not please everyone but just please the Father. He will bring everything else into perspective. When we stand before Him we must give an account of those things He told us to do. We have to save our own soul.

1 Corinthians 2:15

But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

The opinions of others should not keep us from obeying the Father. God says we are judged of no man. The only judgment that amounts to anything is the judgment He pronounces on us. We already have a report from God that if a man’s ways please Him, He will make his enemies at peace with him. This report is on Jesus. God was well pleased with Jesus and God put us in Him and as long as we are walking in Him, God is well pleased with us. We cannot separate ourselves from Christ. We have been taught a sin consciousness for so long that it is hard for us to walk in the righteous consciousness of God. We were always told what not to do. Touch not, taste not, handle not and do not. But Jesus says, “Do.” Those who do the will of the Master are the brothers and sisters of Christ.

Galatians 5:16

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

When we become consumed with the will of God and begin to walk in the Spirit we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Walking in the Spirit is simply walking according to the dictates of our conscience. Our safe haven is in Him.

2 Corinthians 5:21

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Everything we are, God has made us. We are His righteousness. Jesus became everything we were in the world so that we might become everything He is in God and in righteousness.

Ephesians 2:9-10

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

WE ARE COMPLETE IN HIM.

The scriptures have to become real to us. Many times we try to attribute the works to ourselves because we want some boasting rights. This is why the message has not come pure to us who are in Christ because this takes the glory off of those who bring us the knowledge. We need to tell the people we are in Christ. Our titles do not make us any more or any less than anyone else in the Body. Titles only gives more responsibility. We all belong to Christ. “We are laborers together with God,” should be the message that we teach the children of God. If we teach anything else we have our own agendas. III. WE MUST BUILD ON THE FOUNDATION OF JESUS CHRIST The disciples heard a pure Word. This is why it is so important that we preach the gospel. So when we stand before God we, too, can say we kept them in thy Word. In other words, we kept them in your Word and committed them to your keeping.

St. John 17:6

I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.

We can lay no other foundation except that of Jesus Christ. It behooves us to build on this foundation, be just like Him, walk like Him and think like Him. As He is, so are we. This is the connecting scripture that connects us. It connects us because God said it.

1 John 4:17

1 Corinthians 2:16

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

WE ALREADY HAVE THE MIND OF CHRIST. IT IS IN US. WE DO NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR IT OR PRAY FOR IT, BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY BEEN GIVEN HIS MIND.

LORDS FROM HEAVEN

1 Corinthians 15:45

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Either we are of Adam or we are of Jesus Christ. There is no gray area.

1 Corinthians 15:46-47

46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

The first man is earthy. There is no way to get around this because God has declared it. The second man is the Lord from heaven. In Jesus’ prayer in St. John 17, Jesus stated that we were not of the world just as He was not of the world. So what was He declaring? He was declaring that we are lords from heaven. But for us to say this brings about persecution and this is what we are afraid of. This is what is combating the mind of Christ. We are lords from heaven. Some churches would consider this blasphemous. Well, if they do, we are in good company because they said the same thing about Jesus. The reason we are not persecuted is because we are not making the right confessions. We are not trying to be something we are not. We are only trying to come into agreement with what God’s Word has already said about us. We are being brought into the knowledge of God. It is not pride, but a declaration of who we are. We have been left on planet Earth to declare Christ.

Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Matthew 12:34

O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

As a man thinketh so is he, but out of the abundance of his heart the mouth speaketh. So if it is very infrequent that we say we are the lord from heaven, then that means there is very little of that belief in our hearts. We still see ourselves as natural men. We need to acknowledge that we are the lord from heaven. We have accepted everything the Word says about the first Adam.

1 Corinthians 15:47-49

47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.

Notice the terminology used in verse forty-eight. Not “shall they be,” but “such are they.” They are already, right now, presently heavenly. We must recognize that we are right now the lord from heaven. We are still bearing the image (that which we can see) of the earthy and this is what is tripping us up. We have been subjected to the image of this earthy but we are no longer earthy. We need to reckon who we really are. What God has subjected us to is not who we really are. He subjected us to a body of flesh. But we are not that body that we have been subjected to. We are the lord from heaven and we shall bear the image of the heavenly. We have borne the image of the earthy, but the time is coming when we will be given a new body, but until that time, we must know and recognize that we are still the lord from heaven.

1 Corinthians 15:50-52

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

We are the lord from heaven but we cannot enter into heaven with the bodies we are now bearing. However, the time is coming when we shall bear the image (that which we can see) of the heavenly. Jesus is the expressed image of the Father. So we will be expressing the expressed image of the Father in our new bodies. The Holy Spirit is the witness that our heavenly body is real. Having not seen it, we know it exists because we have the witness on the inside. If we can receive this, everything else that is supernatural will be common to the sons of God.

The Holy Spirit bears witness in our spirit, not in our flesh. So much flesh is on display because there is no revelation in our spirit. When the revelation comes we will agree with Jesus that this flesh profits nothing. It is just a vehicle to get God to where He needs to go. Everything is done by the Spirit of God. We must walk in who we are. All of our movements should incorporate the fact that we are in Christ. We are the lords from heaven and must begin to walk in this knowledge.

2 Corinthians 4:2

But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.

Every day we are entreating the lord from heaven. We are to commend ourselves to every man’s conscience because that is where the Lord from heaven dwells. This is why Paul tells us to know no man after the flesh.

2 Corinthians 5:16

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

As often as we have entreated people negatively, we entreated the Lord negatively. As often as we have blessed them, then we have blessed Christ. He was naked and we did not clothe Him, He was thirsty and we did not give Him to drink, He was hungry and we did not feed Him and He was sick and we did not visit Him. And the King shall answer and say unto them,

St. Matthew 25:40

Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Jesus always spoke in a oneness. He always tried to convey one thing and that was that we are one. The least or the greatest we are still dealing with Christ. We cannot receive everything God has for us until we receive the revelation that we are one. We are the extension of the Godhead in the earth. Right now, we are the sons of God! God
