Welcome to Bible Teachers International (BTI) a division of MARY BANKS MINISTRIES (MBM) where the mandate of the Lord is that we prepare the saints to be “Soldiers fit for the Master’s use.” God has given us a sure word that is able to wash us from any carnality and to train us in the mind of Christ. We are excited that the Father has chosen you to be a part of this awesome reformation.
The ministries and auxiliaries of BTI are part of the method used as a ministerial training mechanism to prepare us to walk as Jesus did, in submission to the will of the Father. The Prayer Council is one of these ministries. The various ministries and auxiliaries are also called “love units,” as here is one of the places that the individual members will truly learn to love each other and those whom they serve. Some may ask, “Why are auxiliaries necessary?” “Are they important and what part, if any, do they play in God’s overall purpose for my life?” These are all fair questions and we are most certain once you have completed your study of this manual, you will see the importance of the prayer ministry.
God is a God of order and there is order and structure to everything He does in the Body of Christ. The training that we received by being a member of a prayer council is vital to our spiritual development; because prayer is designed to prepare us to work ministry which is the work of God for the people of God
