ADMINISTRATION

All board leaders and officers are appointed to these positions for a one-year term and are expected to submit in all areas to the counsel, guidelines and directives of Bible Teachers International.

1. The Chief Apostle - appoints the International members of the board.

2. The Senior Pastor - appoints the local members of the board.

THE INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT Is responsible for: Assisting the Senior Pastor in establishing the auxiliary boards. Working in close relationship with the local Pastorate. Training the International Vice President and all the Presidents of the Deacon boards. Helping the Senior Pastorate with the spiritual development of the president. Ensuring that the Board Presidents have a comprehensive understanding of their manuals, the operations of the auxiliary and are able to effectively minister them to the board members. Overseeing the boards spirituality internationally in submission to the Pastorate at each location, transmittals and shut-ins may be conduct from time to time. Overseeing Deacon related responsibilities at all international functions, ensuring that the coordination and rostered duties are submitted to the locations in a timely manner. Maintaining contact with MBM Global Conferences prior to as well as during conferences.

THE INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the International President by: Assisting the International President in the fulfillment of his/her duties. Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the Int’l President in his/her absence.

THE LOCAL PRESIDENT Is responsible for: Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the International President. Training each member in the guidelines, policies and responsibilities stated in the auxiliary manual. It is the responsibility of the president to ensure that each auxiliary member has a thorough understanding of their natural and spiritual responsibilities as a deacon. Assisting the Senior Pastorate with the spiritual development of each auxiliary member by conducting shut-ins, transmittals and prayer sessions regularly as stated in the auxiliary manual. Ensuring that all policy and guideline changes are communicated to all board members upon receipt. Approving all financial expenditures of the board.

THE LOCAL VICE PRESIDENT Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the President by: Assisting the Local President in the fulfillment of his/her duties. Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the Local President in his/her absence.

THE SECRETARY Is responsible for: Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the President and Vice President of the Auxiliary Recording and keeping copies of minutes for meetings. Also responsible for seeing that the Senior Pastor receives a copy of all meeting minutes. Keeping records of materials that pertain to the auxiliary.

THE TREASURER Is responsible for: Working in submission to the Senior Pastor, the President and the Vice President of the auxiliary. Overseeing the financial matters that pertain to the auxiliary. All expenditures must be authorized by the president. Keep proper and complete records of all dues. Keep accurate account of all funds spent and the purpose.

CONCLUSION It is an awesome privilege for God to call us to serve His Body. Jesus said, “Whatsoever you do to the least of these my brethren, you do it unto me.” We have the honor to minister to the least ones. How awesome! We admonish you to strive for excellence in all you do for the Lord. Serve with your whole heart looking only for God to say, “Well done my good and faithful servant.” Embrace all that God has designed this board to accomplish in you. Each of us is being made and only God knows what we need in order to accomplish His purpose for our lives. The more you yield to Christ, the more you will experience the power of His grace. Our prayer is that you continue in the faith, steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for your labor is not in vain.

Note: The auxiliary leaders at Bible Teachers International are more than fair, and in most cases, bend over backwards to accommodate the different circumstances and situations of each group member. We try our best to be understanding and make allowances when the situation calls for it. Our leaders are approachable and help is always available, both spiritually and naturally. Therefore, we should not be lying to or stealing from one another. When in need, ask for help. Do not take what is not yours. Do not lie to get from others. This type of behavior is not Christ-like and will not be tolerated.
