All board leaders and officers are appointed to these positions for a one-year term and are expected to submit in all areas to the counsel, guidelines and directives of Bible Teachers International.
1. The Chief Apostle - appoints the International members of the board.
2. The Senior Pastor - appoints the local members of the board.
THE INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT Is responsible for:
- Assisting the Senior Pastor in establishing the auxiliary boards.
- Working in close relationship with the local Pastorate.
- Training the International Vice President and all the presidents of the P.S.A. boards.
- Helping the Senior Pastorate with the spiritual development of the president.
- Ensuring that the Board Presidents have a comprehensive understanding of their Manuals and the operations of the Auxiliary and are able to effectively minister it to the membership.
- Overseeing the boards spirituality internationally
- In submission to the Pastorate at each location may conduct transmittals and shut-ins from time to time.
- Overseeing the P.S.A. responsibilities at all international functions, ensuring that the coordination and rostered duties are submitted to the locations in a timely manner.
- Maintaining contact with MBM Global Conferences prior to as well as during conferences.
THE INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the International President by:
- Assisting the President in the fulfillment of his/her duties.
- Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence.
THE LOCAL PRESIDENT Is responsible for:
- Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the International President.
- Training the members of the auxiliary.
- Making certain each member of the board understand the Manual, not only the letter thereof, but also the spirit of what is written.
- Helping the Senior Pastorate with the board members’ spiritual development.
- Overseeing the board both spiritually and naturally.
- Ensuring the Board is administratively and spiritually capable of fulfilling their responsibilities to the membership.
- Supporting the local Pastorate spiritually and naturally.
- Praying regularly with the other leaders of the auxiliary.
- Conducting regular shut-ins and transmittals with the broad.
THE LOCAL VICE PRESIDENT Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the President by:
- Assisting the President in the fulfillment of his/her duties.
- Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence.
THE SECRETARY Is responsible for:
- Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the President and Vice President of the Auxiliary
- Recording and keeping copies of minutes for meetings.
- Keeping records of materials that pertain to the auxiliary.
- Maintaining contact with and communicating information to each member of the board.
THE TREASURER Is responsible for:
- Overseeing the financial matters that pertain to the auxiliary.
- Keeping proper and complete records of all dues.
- Keeping accurate account of all funds spent and the purpose of its usage. (The president must authorize all expenditures.)
