The Chief Apostle

appoints the International positions of this board while the Senior Pastors of the locations appoint the members of the local board. All leaders must be mindful to submit in all areas to the counsel and directives of this Ministry. The board is required to work as a team in all areas where they operate. All board officers are appointed to these positions for one-year terms.

INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT

responsible for

  • Overseeing the boards spirituality internationally.
  • Working in close relationship with the local Pastorate.
  • Assisting the Senior Pastor in establishing the auxiliary boards.
  • Training the International Vice President and all the presidents.
  • Assisting the Senior Pastorate with the spiritual development of the president.
  • Periodically conducting transmittals and shut-ins (in submission to the Senior Pastor).
  • Maintaining contact with MBM Global Conferences prior to as well as during conferences
  • Overseeing the board’s responsibilities at all international functions, ensuring that the coordination and rostered duties are submitted to the locations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the Board Presidents have a comprehensive understanding of their Manuals and the operations of the Auxiliary and are able to effectively minister it to the membership.

INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Serves in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the International President by assisting the President in the fulfillment of his/her duties. Also assumes the duties and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence.

PRESIDENT

as leader of the board locally is responsible for

  • Training the members of the auxiliary
  • Overseeing the board both spiritually and naturally.
  • Supporting the local Pastorate spiritually and naturally.
  • Praying regularly with the other leaders of the auxiliary.
  • Conducting regular shut-ins and transmittals with the board.
  • Helping the Senior Pastorate with the board members’ spiritual development.
  • Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the International President.
  • Ensuring the Board is administratively and spiritually capable of fulfilling their responsibilities to the membership.
  • Making certain each member of the board understands the Manual, not only the letter thereof, but also the spirit of what is written.

VICE PRESIDENT

Will serve in submission to, as an extension of, and under the direction of the President by

  • Assisting the President in the fulfillment of his/her duties.
  • Assuming the duties and responsibilities of the President in his/her absence.

SECRETARY

is responsible for

  • Recording and keeping copies of minutes for meetings.
  • Keeping records of materials that pertain to the auxiliary.
  • Maintaining contact with and communicating information to each member of the board.
  • Working in submission to the Senior Pastorate and the President and Vice President of the auxiliary.

TREASURER

is responsible for

  • Keeping accurate account of all funds spent
  • Keeping proper and complete records of all dues collected
  • Overseeing the financial matters that pertain to the auxiliary
  • l funds spent and the purpose of its usage. (The president must authorize all expenditures.)
