GLOBAL EVANGELISM

Part Five

As a latter day apostle, I have been given opportunities that I am sure Paul and Peter would have died for. The Lord has given us the greatest tool any one could ask for regarding global evangelism, the Internet. It is the one sure way into all the nations of the earth. It is time for us to direct our focus to its vast resources and opportunity.

It is by the Internet that He has leveled the playing field. He has instructed us to organize campaigns that will utilize every facet of the internet to facilitate the gospel of Jesus Christ. By this, God has made room for all the gifts in the ministry. I am instructed to create platforms and campaigns that will carry the gospel into all nations.

Some of the tools at our disposal are:

• Webcasting or Broadcasting: We are able and will continue to stream video of our live services and conferences. This is essentially a one-to-many relationship.
• Web Conferencing: This gives us the ability to broadcast in a format that is interactive; a many-to-many relationship.
• Podcast: is a collection of digital media files which is distributed over the Internet, often using syndication feeds, for playback on portable media players such as ipods and personal computers.
• BTBN: The new launch date for the Bible Teachers Broadcasting Network is World Conference 2008.
• BTI-Online Church: It is not the goal of Mary Banks Ministries to simply dispense information over the Internet. Our purpose is and has always been the procuring and total spiritual development of the Sons of God. For this cause, BTI Online will be the focal point for at least 50% to 75% of our International Teaching Staff.
• MBGTC: The Fast Track Program is a resurgence of the Mary Banks Global Training Center. The courses are complete and edited for distribution.
