Tradition Meets Truth

About four weeks prior to writing this, the Lord spoke to me and said that Bible Teachers International is on a collision course with “Tradition” and its man-made doctrines. A few weeks prior to that, the Prophetess who stands in the room for the ministry, prophesied that I personally was about to undergo great persecution. I did not know at the time how related the two messages were. However, in the midst of experiencing trials and persecutions unlike I have ever experienced in 25 years of ministry, the Lord caused me to see that the trials were a direct result of Tradition meeting Truth. He lets me know that I had to experience such trials in order to understand fully the strength and deep roots of tradition ruling the house of God. I do not believe I have ever been hurt as badly as in these trials, nor have I ever learned so much about the great enemy of God. Believe me, I fully understand how the Word declares that tradition is strong enough to make the Word of God of non-effect.

St. Mark 7:13

13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Nevertheless, if I am going to be instrumental in leading the Body of Christ into the battle against the doctrines and idolatry of men, then I must first be able to warn the warriors of the wiles that Satan will use against us in the heat of the battle. He will try to tempt us with the very same things he is now using to hold would-be great leaders of God in bondage.
