A ministerial assessment is not a formality or something to be taken lightly. We must answer with a good conscience before the Holy Ghost that we can vouch for these characteristics in a minister. Allow God to guide you in what is best for the lives of your ministerial staff as well as the flock of God. This assessment is a requirement, not just for an ordination or a ministerial licence; these are a requirement for anyone endeavouring to please God and make it in His Kingdom. Please take heed to God’s commandment and be very careful in this responsibility given to us by our Father.
