Hearing God: A Guide To Knowing The Voice Of God

It is necessary for you to embrace the fact that hearing God and knowing the will of God is a given for the sons of God, who do not walk in dishonor. The scripture below gives us the premise for this book.

2 Timothy 2:19-22

19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honor, and some to dishonor.

21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

This scripture is quite clear. Before a son of God can be a vessel fit for the Master’s use, he must be purged of all iniquity, having a pure heart. His walk must be one of righteousness, faith, love, and peace. There is no other way to engage in fellowship with the Father.

Therefore, if you are serious about hearing God, then examine yourself to see if you are indeed walking in the faith. If not, then purge yourself of all unrighteousness in word or in deed. If you are willing to do this, then you may proceed with this study. Otherwise, it will be of no benefit to you. But I trust you genuinely want to have that intimate fellowship with the Father, so you will always hear His voice, and know His will.

What I write in this book is written by revelation given through two visitations from the Lord that have been substantiated by scripture. Since this word came, I have begun to walk in a confidence I never had before. I know if I continue to obey the Lord in all things, my confidence will turn to even more boldness in ministry.

Please join me in this life-changing experience. Allow yourself to learn of His will for your life. Come to the place of certainty, a place of knowing. Come to that place where you are sure that you are “Hearing God.”
