There has been a great deception in the Body of Christ as to the role and position of its leaders. The focus of this deception is in the leadership and the Body of people as well.
The deception is the people are looking for and desiring a “leader” rather than spiritual
leadership. What is the difference? A leader stands in a position of the authority and government of a people. Spiritual leadership, on the other hand, knows the Holy Ghost is the authority and will direct all men to Christ. Please note where the Holy Ghost is the authority leadership has no gender. SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP WILL ALWAYS POINT YOU TO GOD. A “LEADER” POINTS YOU TO HIMSELF.
It is the ill translated position of the leader that has caused cults and other movements to come into being. People search for someone to set on a pedestal and idolize. These people are then manipulated and used for the selfish motives of the “leader.” The greatest motives are fame, money and power!
Pastors have fallen captive to the spirit of “pride of the leader.” Many have coveted this
erroneous position over the lives of God’s heritage. Pastors are to be shepherds, to guide, direct and protect God’s people. Regardless of the misinterpretation of leadership on the part of the people, God’s leaders are to steer all to God as they perfect the ministry of Christ in the Body.
Thank God the truth has been loosed in the Body of Christ. Praise God for the vessels who convey the truth.

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
We are all appointed to suffer for Christ sake. Suffering for Christ means that you are suffering because of your obedience to the Lord. Has the Lord put a calling on your life? Well, you will suffer for it. It is in this suffering that God is glorified, and that you are anointed. So do not despise your making. Do not despise them that seek to silence you. Rise above it, with love and holiness.
These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Even as they thought Christ was out of line, they will think the same of you. However, abide in Christ, because He has overcome every trial you can face. If you are in obedience to God, there is no weapon formed against you that can prosper. Be a light and shine! Woman, thou art loosed.
