THE NEW CREATURE

If I be absolutely honest, the main reason that there is even a need for this book is because many do not have a clue as to the workmanship of God that occurred at salvation. I have never heard anyone on television preach the total revelation of the mystery of Christ. And understandably so, Paul explains that this mystery is only given to true holy apostles and prophets by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 3:5).

I am grateful that the Lord has blessed me to be one of the few that He has poured

this precious mystery into. One who has preached the lie for so long, then in due

time, he showed mercy upon me. I said, earlier that most of the misunderstanding concerning women in ministry is a result of many failing to discern the mystery of Christ. Paul defined this mystery in few words in His letter to the Colossians saying;

Colossians 1:27

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

The mystery of Christ is the fact that Christ Jesus is in us. However, why is it called a mystery? Simply, because in a literal sense, there is more to us than meets the eye.

We are walking expressions of Christ. As He is so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). This makes us distinct from any other creature in existence, and this includes, people who do not have the Holy Spirit. Let’s look into this.

SONS OF ADAM vs. SONS OF GOD

1 Corinthians 15:45

And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

When Adam was made, God used the elements of the earth to make Him. His body was made from the dust of the earth, and his soul was made from air (the breath of

life) (Job 7:7). Adam was a soul who was given a body to live through. He was a living soul.

Christ on the other hand, is a quickening Spirit.

2 Corinthians 3:17

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

The Lord Jesus Christ is a spiritual being however, He is also called an Adam. The word Adam directly means “Red Man” or “The Red Earth”. So, Jesus was a spiritual being, who simultaneously had a earthly body. Thus, the difference between Adam and Christ, is the fact that their spiritual parts were different. Adam’s soul was of the earth, but Jesus’ inner parts were the Spirit of God.

1 Corinthians 15:46-47

46. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.

47. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.

The distinction between the two are clear, but the scripture takes this even further.

1 Corinthians 15:48

As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.

This scripture brings another reason Jesus was called an Adam. He would now be the Father of a line of people, even as Adam fathered the human race. Jesus is the Father of a spiritual race – the Church.

There are countless scriptures that outline a distinction between the sons of God and human beings.

1 Corinthians 3:3

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

John 3:6

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

The sons of God are spiritual beings who live in human bodies. By sending the Holy Spirit in our lives, Jesus has transformed us into children of God. How did he do this?

Titus 3:4-5

4. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,

5. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

This is the missing link. Though we knew that we received the Holy Spirit, no one truly defined the workmanship that occurred in the exact instant we received Him.

Apparently, we were spiritually regenerated by the Holy Spirit. The regeneration is not just being filled with the Holy Ghost, but the joining of our souls to the Holy Ghost in us.

1 Corinthians 6:17

But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.

Yes, when the Holy Ghost comes in, your soul is baptized into His Spirit, this causes a transformation. You are no longer a living soul. But a quickening Spirit! You are no longer a son of Adam, but you are now a son of God. It is important to mention here, that the soul carries no gender. All gender is found in the flesh. Hence when the soul is baptized into Christ, it becomes a new creature all together, which cannot be defined by anything pertaining to the flesh.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18

17. Therefore, if any man [soul] be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

18. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

When the soul of the woman is baptized into Christ, she becomes a son of God. She is now a quickening Spirit, and everything about her is of God, even her body.

1 Corinthians 6:19

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Her body is now the vessel the Holy Ghost uses to express Himself through. She is a new creature in Christ, and her ministry is by Christ Himself. With that said, is Christ authorized to minister through a female vessel, or should we forbid Him? I think not.
