Apostolic Order

BIBLE TEACHERS INTERNATIONAL (BTI) is a spiritual reformation of churches and ministries bound together by Apostolic Order, dedicated to teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ in every nation on the earth. We are also committed to bringing change to the Body of Christ by introducing the Truth in its purity. BTI is committed to teaching and training every pastor and those of the five-fold ministry in the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. I am the apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ and understand that it is not the heart of God for me or anyone else to lord over the people of God. I have been called by God to deliver the Word that will turn the hearts of the sons of God back to the Father. It is all that I live to do. As a pastor, I am sure you have a vision for your church and your people. If your vision is from God, then it will fit within that of the reformation.

The Reformation vs. Associations and Fellowships

There are many who have made themselves apostles and preyed upon both the spiritual and natural weaknesses of many up-and-coming pastors. Because they have excelled these pastors in areas regarding church protocol and excellence in presentation, they offer these leaders guidance and training in those areas. The truth is, however, much of what is taught can be taught from a secular mind as well. My point is that true apostles are charged by God to bring ministers to the unity of the Faith. That can never be done without the apostles of God setting the boundaries of the Faith; installing the doctrines of Christ and revealing the mysteries of God.

Acts 2:42

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

It is the first and foremost responsibility of apostles to contend for the Faith in every territorial sphere of influence.

I Corinthians 1:10

Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

The above verse reflects the responsibility of the apostolic mantle. There is no God honored coalition of churches when each pastor has a different belief system. This is the real test of true apostleship. He or She must make all men see and understand their fellowship in the mystery of Christ (Eph. 3:9). Such truths will enable you and your people to walk holy and without blame before the Lord. If this were not my first and foremost desire and if I can be content with gathering a group of pastors who are unified in everything except the Word of God, then I too will have become as Baalim and my motives would not be pure.

The Apostle’s Gift

A true apostle is charged with unveiling the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. They are given the keys of the kingdom with which they are able to establish the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:28

And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

The mystery of Christ was given to the apostles first and then confirmed by the New Testament prophets. The apostle is the installer of the faith. They are special ‘sent ones’ to establish and maintain the faith of Jesus Christ. They are the bishops of the faith, responsible for what is fed to the Body of Christ. The apostle sets the order and operation of the other gifts as outlined in the Corinthian letter. The apostle is the installer of the faith.

We have come to a time in the history of the church where men and women of God are looking for realness. They have grown weary of the games and financial schemes some have played in the name of unifying the Body. There are real apostles who have suffered in the flesh and having encountered Christ face to face, are totally given over to righteousness and the wellbeing of the people of God.

Churches

BIBLE TEACHERS INTERNATIONAL is more than just an organization. It is a living organism dedicated to reach the Body of Christ and the world with the true gospel of the Kingdom of God. To become a part of the ministry is to become a part of the end-time movement of the Holy Spirit in the earth, the reformation of the Body of Christ and the salvation of the many souls awaiting the gospel message. All that I do must be in accordance with the call on my life. The instructions were made very clear. “Just as I sent Moses into Egypt to deliver my people out of bondage, I am sending you to the church to bring my people out of ignorance.” Therefore, it is my utmost concern that all leaders and their members know and understand the Word of God and are able to articulate that word to others on any platform the Holy Spirit may place them on. Whenever controversy arose, the Holy Ghost was the final authority and the issues were settled. Pastors, it is certain that people are looking for answers the world does not have. God is driving them to the church. Your church will not be a part of what the Holy Ghost is doing unless you can provide the truth that will be a comfort to those whom the economy and other world issues have left confused and frustrated.

Bible Teachers Int’l Worship Centers

Our local churches are manifestations of the BTI Reformation. They are located in America, Canada, South America, throughout the Caribbean, Africa and Europe. It is not necessary for you to change the name of your church or to come under the BTI Charter in order to be a member of this Reformation. You can maintain your present legal status as long as it in compliance with the laws of the land. The option is entirely yours. God never ordained lone ranger churches. There are two arms of the Christian reformation identified in the scriptures. Peter was the chief apostle to the Jewish nation, while Paul embarked on missionary journeys to the Gentiles. Nevertheless, both arms taught the same thing. Whenever controversy arose, the Holy Ghost was the final authority and the issues were settled.

The church today is a part of that reformation that began nearly 2000 years ago. We too, must speak the same thing and judge with the same spirit. If you are to survive the end-time you must bring your church into the apostolic order of God. BTI will train you and all your ministerial staff in the Word of God. We offer classes and workshops that are registration and tuition free for all areas of ministry. It is my responsibility to see to it that you know and understand the script and are able to speak boldly in any situation.

It is my objective to see your church grow in the spirit and in numbers. The teaching and training of your ministerial staff will enable them to expand your ministry. We will also train all auxiliary personnel and give support as requested in any area of ministry.

I want nothing other than to see you become all that God has ordained for you to be. There are many churches that are a part of the BTI alliance. Many of which were founded by myself. Others, recognized BTI’s commitment to truth, righteousness, global evangelism and ministerial perfection and elected to become a part of the reformation. Although we wish that all pastors and ministers could become a part of this end-time move of God, we are sad to say that we have had to fore-go some who did not have a heart of righteousness and purity regarding the people of God. But if you are teachable and it is truly your heart to serve the people of God with righteousness and love, then you are indeed what we need in this reformation.

Financial Obligations

BIBLE TEACHERS INTERNATIONAL is not an association of churches who simply pour money into a parent organization in order to enrich the parent without any consideration for the financial well being of the sons. BTI is one of the ministries raised up by the Holy Ghost to be God’s influence in the earth. I am the apostle whom God has appointed as the earthly head of the ministry. Therefore Mary Banks Ministries (MBM) is the spiritual umbrella for BTI and all affiliate ministries.

Freely I have received of the Lord and freely I will give to the Body of Christ.

Conferences – At no time will any attendees be charged a registration fee. This includes Men and Women’s Conferences, World Conference, School of Prophets, Gathering of the Sons and any other conferences either sponsored by Mary Banks or any other Leadership under the MBM or BTI banner.

Workshops – All auxiliary and any other workshops are without a registration fee.

Ministerial Training – All ministry training workshops are registration free.

GTC Classes – All classes at Bible Teachers Global Training Center are without registration or tuition fees. No one will ever be charged a fee to enter a BTI church, workshop, class or conference of any kind where the Word of God is being ministered. This no fee rule must be enforced both on the local and global levels. Materials In each of the above situations, to participants books, CD’s and DVD’s will be made available for purchase. By no means will the promotion of such materials imply an obligation to purchase or one will not be able to attend the conference or workshop. These materials are for the betterment of the saints and their learning. However, if anyone is unable to purchase any materials, this will in no way impede them from attending the class, conference or workshop.

Church Tithe

BTI has adopted the scriptural tithing system as the means of operating each church and Headquarters. Therefore, each church is to pay 1/10th of its offerings to Headquarters. These funds will be used to maintain the Headquarters training facilities. The Church tithe to headquarters does not include individual tithe from each pastor. Pastors and all leadership are encouraged to pay tithe at their local church. However, I would suggest that each senior pastor be mindful that in order for the tithe to be a blessing for you, it must leave you. In other words, you must guarantee that it does not come back to you in the form of salary or expense money or any other incidentals. (I often give my tithe to a particularly ear-marked project or directly to someone I know is in need. Either way, I make sure that I do not benefit from it coming back to me.) If you choose to give any personal offering or personal tithe to the apostles of this ministry it is purely optional and by no means required.

Mandatory Meetings

BIBLE TEACHERS INTERNATIONAL is a living organism that must constantly eat that which comes from the Master’s table. These meetings were put in place by the Holy Spirit not the discretion of Mary. Therefore, there are several meetings in which the Lord has mandated that we attend. All leadership from around the globe are required to participate in these gatherings as they are the times of refreshing. In all the years of this ministry I have never known the Lord to fail to feed us with fresh manna from on high.

The School of Prophets – This is a gathering of all the leaders and membership of all churches. The meeting begins the Friday after Easter and ends the following Sunday.

Leadership Training Summit – Begins the Monday immediately after the School of Prophets. Monday - Friday with day and evening sessions.

World Conference – This is a gathering of all churches; their leadership and membership. The focus is to receive the new Word so that it be taken back to the churches and piecemealed to your members through the tool of discipleship. This meeting is always in July. Sunday to Sunday beginning the 2nd Sunday in July.

Founder’s Week – Although this is the week of celebration of our Apostle’s ministry to the Body, the primary focus of the meeting is the fresh manna that comes from the Throne of Grace. It is always held the week in the month of October that includes the 16th.

A Gathering of the Sons – If the Lord deems it necessary to call the Sons of God together for special impartations of His Word or Spirit, it is mandatory that we make all effort to come and sit in the presence of the Lord.
