Sweet Cinnamon

The cinnamon spice is found inside the rhine of the cinnamon plant. The inner rhine is stripped away from the plant in order for it to dry out. Once dried, it is the sweetest of the perfumes used in the making of the anointing oil. This is a type of the soul being taken out of the flesh, purged of all unrighteousness, and then joined to the Holy Spirit. It is a new creature that emerges.

Cassia bark & Calamus Root:

Calamus: Calamus is the term for cane, reed, stalk or stem.

• Cassia spice was made from the bark of the cassia tree.

• This spice (from bark) could readily be seen as one approached the tree.

• The bark was stripped from the tree and then boiled for its spice.

• Cassia has the aroma of cinnamon. (Pastor Bill Kirk)

• The sweetest calamus (or cane) came from India.

• Isaiah and Jeremiah spoke of calamus as a foreign treasure with great value. Isaiah 3:24, Jeremiah 6:20

• The spice from the calamus was a fragrant cane whose root was the spice.

• Calamus is simply a root, and the roots grow underground in secret.

John 14:17

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Ephesians 2:6

6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

Matthew 6:6

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

We are the sons of God. We have been given power over all the power of the enemy, yet we appear in the fashion of our kinsmen. We are products of an invisible Spirit.

Olive Oil comes from the olive trees in Palestine.

• The olive tree is not large and is not beautiful.

• It blossoms greatly and bears fruit every other year.

• The flower is yellow at first, but as it expands it becomes whiter, leaving a yellow center.

• The olive itself is first green, then pale and when ripe, black.

• The value of the olive is the oil it produces.

• One full sized tree can produce a thousand pounds of oil.

• But, the olive oil comes only one way, the shaking of the branches and the bruising of the olives.

• The olives must be broken and crushed, crushed and broken.

• They must die and be broken to be valuable and useful. Pastor Bill Kirk

Exodus 30:30-33

30 And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.

31 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

32 Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.

33 Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.

Those who serve must be anointed by God to serve in the position of His pleasure. The anointing would only be placed upon those who are chosen by God. There is to be no pseudo-anointing ministering before the people of God. Whoever tries to emulate the anointing, as well as those who sanction such emulation, will be cut off. The Holy Ghost is here to bring the people of God back to the Father in Heaven. This is His time. He is doing work that cannot be copied or faked. These emulators will never produce true, heaven ready, sons of God. Embrace the truth and live.
