The sound of going Leaders today, do not expect the saints to turn the other cheek at a continuous ongoing offense; or to love, nurture and physically or spiritually support those who continue to hurt and despitefully use them. Leaders in the Body of Christ do not challenge the people of God to lay down their lives or even their livelihood for one another. It is almost as if they have taken the attitude that God did not really mean for us to go that far, yet, they continue to preach Jesus and the other apostles as our examples. Well to say the least, this does not pass the test of consistency with the Word of God. Nevertheless, there is a changing of the guards taking place right now. There will not be a rising, they have already risen from the ashes of ignorance and indifference. They are the new breed of ministers, responding to the ‘sound of going.’ They carry the sword of the Spirit; the banner over them is love, and their shield is their faith. They are the latter day spiritual warriors who want nothing from this world, but to do the will of the Father.
